i have severe nutrient deficiencies so im using b complex to correct them only time will tell of these b complex efficiency but it does cause your pee to look like gatorade

I bought this to give as a supplement for my rat's hind leg degeneration. He is old, and the B12 is suppose to help repair nerve damage.So far, so good. He's been taking it for a few weeks now, and I've noticed the HLD slowing down. He may have gotten a bit of function back in his back right leg, but he is old now, so I cant expect him to ever be 100%.I'll be using this as a supplement for all of my rats in the future to prevent HLD.

Since this is a coated capsul, it's easy to take as you don't taste the actual cruddyness of the B vitamins. It's not too big either.

I was looking for a new supplement that would supercharge my immune system and I found it. This product made my immune system run like a well oiled machine I dont know the last time I felt this good. My allergies have dispersed and I can breath clearly. I would reccomend anyone to take this product.

My dr prescribed Bcomplex but was adamant that it be methylated. They were impossible to find, even in Health Food stores so I was very pleased to be able to order these and have next day delivery at a very reasonable cost.
