The dosage recommended is 4 capsules a day. I'm 5' 2" and only take two a day that would be consistent for my body weight. Consuming much turmeric, some people can experience stomach upset, nausea, dizziness, or diarrhea. Like all medication I monitor dosage because adult recommendation is not the same for everyone especially for women's height, weight and other factors like if taking other supplements. So far i have no pain in my joints so I'm sticking to two capsules a day. l love the fact the capsule includes ginger which i take everyday as gummy chews which has been helpful during the flu season.

This is my 2nd bottle. I really believe the inflammation in my knees is better. And taking this is the only thing I’ve changed in my routine. Will continue to purchase it.

Love this product I been taking it for about 5 months on fourth bottle . My knee isn’t hurting 24 seven like was before . Keep me off my arthritis meds .

I am 73 and have aches and pains trouble walking, trouble with my joins just old in general.I had read a little about this combination and thought I would try.I started taking 4 a day and when thru a bottle.Did not reorder right away and then I noticed I was getting back my ache and pains.So I reordered, after back on for a while I notice I again was feeling better normal so to say, so I cut down to taking two a day and it is still helping me.I for-sure, will be re ordering on time this next time.

Every ones bodies are different and react to things differently so they might work great for you but they did nothing for me. I have been taking Herbs for years so my body knows when it is good or not and I can feel it almost right away. I chose to try these as a friend recommended them and said they do wonders for her.She now will have an extra bottle from me. Like I said DON'T base your decision on my experience.

Great product, if you experience any kind of pain due to inflammation, and let’s face it all pain is inflammation unless you are kicked in a groin by a wild horse, you must take a few pills a day and preferably keep a healthy lifestyle along as well, it will really make a difference you can feel.

I bought this because there was more product for my money but not all are the same this one made me sick and gave me the runs and I only took one a day just to be on the safe side ,well it didn't work ,for some it might work but its wasn't for me and believe me I have joint pain any was willing to try ...........
