Casio transformed the concept of the watch - from a mere timepiece to an information device for the wrist - and undertook product planning based on this innovative idea. We developed not only time functions such as global time zone watches, but also other radical new functions using Casio's own digital technology, including calculator and dictionary functions, as well as a phonebook feature based on memory technology, and even a thermometer function using a built-in sensor. The memory-function watches became our DATA BANK product series, while the sensor watches developed into two unique Casio product lines of today: the Pathfinder series displaying altitude, atmospheric pressure, and compass readings.

Pretty, reasonably accurate, Hell to set.
A handsome watch keeps fairly good time ( +- 1 minute a month) it is hard to read the date ( due to size) though the Day marking is fine. Second hand blends with shiny face and is a little hard to see. The primary reason for the low stars is a very difficult means of setting the time, day and date,

Looks very nice
It's also very slim. Be aware you are only supposed to change day and date during the day, not at night (see the instructions). Day and date change in the morning, not immediately upon Midnight. Also, the band seems to wear pretty quickly. The main thing is it's a good-looking inexpensive day-date.

Gorgeous Timekeeper
Absolutely beautiful watch! Even nicer in person that in the photos. I replaced the band for a proper leather strap, and now it really fits my wrist perfectly. Accurate and dependable. I’d say it’s a steal of a watch for the price!
