Quick & Easy
I find the Styli-Styl Flat Eye Pencil very easy to use. I line under the eye and/or on top of the eye and than blend. It make the eyes standout in a natural way. You can deepen it for going out at night. I love the Styli-Style flat eye pencil and highly recommend it.

"Off Label Use"
I understand it's an eyeliner, but I don't like it for that. I find this color to be great as a eyebrow pencil. Easy to use, stays in place.
