I was worried I wouldn’t be happy after ordering this bike. Especially when the bike came without the battery. No worries though the battery was sent separate. The bike has good components and the ride is comfortable. It works as advertised and the pedal assistance is spectacular. I am very happy with my purchase and recommend this to anyone looking for a quality ride and many hours of fun riding it. I look forward to riding and now can keep up with my son on our bike rides in the local trails. One thing I will warn you about is the steering is stiff and seems to loosen some after some use.

I fell into the trap of not returning this bike when I started having problems. Now I am stuck with a $650 apiece of useless garbage. I had the bike about a month and the controller went bad. The reseller kept telling me the parts are on the way from China and after 3 months, no parts. Beware of this bike and reseller for you will ultimately pay a higher price if you purchase this. Great stall tactics! Past the point of return and Amazon is not helping me recoup my money. Company is completely unreliable, so buyer beware.

Sets up in minutes. Pull out of box. Place front wheel on, connect the handle bars, align front fork and tighten. Put your seat on and your ready to go.

Update so I got the battery charged up and plugged it in to take the maiden voyage but I noticed that the battery indicator was flashing no bars (with a fully charged battery) also I noticed that the bike said I was going 61mph indicating the settings are incorrect I thought no big deal right I’ll just look up a manual online to figure out these settings but surprise no manual so through some serious trial and error I managed to figure out most not all the different setting options and I tell you it was a pain it took two hours for me to get it semi working properly (battery life indicator working, mph not kph and the speedometer works within 1mph) in order to do so I somehow turned off pas (got it back on) and somehow turned the thumb throttle to a mode that only starts the bike motor when you roll backwards first but not every time weirdest thing I’ve ever had to re program by far it has about 16 settings with number settings for the modes nothing else to indicate what you are actually adjusting some are obvious some I still have no idea what I did basically the point of my rant is if you get one of these bikes and the electric monitor is not set right you better at least somewhat know how to fix a problem like that or you are going to want to return this bike as soon as you get it because it’s a bike not a puzzle

I've been using this bike for about a month. Here are some bullet points I want to share:# The riding experience is very good, and the seller is considerate to have it a big saddle, quality tires, and comfortable handlebar by default.# The battery mileage is a little lower than described (which should be based on an ideal road/weather condition). For me, the current mileage is good enough (around 15miles in e-bike mode).# The service is the best I've experienced on Amazon. I've been contacted the seller multiple times for questions. They responded in time and were very patient, providing video or real-time instructions. Also very responsible for any problem occurred.# I assume the speed indicator depends on both the sensor in the motor and crankset area. So the dashboard shows 0 mph when riding downhill (without pedaling).# I suggests having the bike installed or inspected by experts from a local bike shop when received, as some parts may come in loose (for me, the crankset cannot be fully adjusted without a special tool), and the brake also needs to be readjusted after transportation.# Overall, despite some minor problems, I would still give a 5-star for the excellent service and cost-effectiveness of the bike.

I bought this bike for my wife, but I also enjoy riding it. I weigh 260 lbs and it's got plenty of power for me to ride around town on flat surface and moderate hills. The seat that comes with it is actually more comfortable than most bikes come with in this price range. I really like the thumb throttle compared to the twist-handle type throttle on my bike. Pretty easy to set up. I like that this bike has 5 power modes as well. My bike only has 3 and sometimes I wish I had a speed in between the ones I have. The headlight on this bike is brighter than the one I bought for myself too. Very good for night driving.

This e-bike is wonderful! The blue and black color looks nice and rides to please, excellent for my line of work. The top speed makes up for time runs great, I've reached 19mph so far. I pedal and enjoy doing it on this e-bike, It fits a tall body 6ft and feels comfortable. It is recommended to purchase this e-bike, good delivery and easy to assemble. What you need to pay attention to is that they are delivered in two packages, it is easy to be confused when you receive one package. But that's not a problem, the other one is just on the way. Glad to own this aluminum e-bike!
