I did a long research before i made a decision Was many choices but I trust it my guts and voila. The ball is perfect. Strong. Great material. No bad odors and smell. Perfect size for man and women. I am a trainer and i am using the ball for core and hips training. Great tool. Only one complaint. When you are paying almost three times more than other models, will be nice to come with pump.

Exercise Ball Perfect for Shoulder Exercise
I injured my shoulder last year. A physical therapist has taught me a number of exercises to improve the flexibility and strength in my shoulder.
