PMEReady-to-Use Cake Drip and Drizzle – White Chocolate Flavour

I am by far a professional baker, but this really helped finish my cake off.The colour was exactly as advertised, and wasn’t ‘milky’ like other brands. Tasted just like a good quality white chocolate.

This was my first chocolate drip cake and first double layered cake... I tried the drip several times on the edge of a glass to see how it worked. At first I was disappointed as it was quite watery but after a good shake and some perseverance I managed to get an effect I was happy with. You need to really shake it first and keep the bottle squeezed as you go round the cake adding slightly more pressure where you want to drip (the harder you squeeze the longer it drips down). I'm happy I tried it a few times first to get the effect I wanted before using on the cake. Really happy with the final result. Would use again now I've worked it out. Also don't completely unscrew the top wilhich was my first error...it just unscrews a bit to lift up and down. (Could do with better instructions with it). It doesn't set solid but it gives a nice glossy look.

The icing itself is a great texture, and tasted quite nice. I was a bit disappointed at how it dripped though due to the nozzle. It has 2 openings so the drip came out at each side which made the drips a little untidy. Didn’t seem to bother my Grandaughter though 😁

Rubbish was either really thick and wouldnt come out the bottle or really thin and horrible. I shook it for ages as the bottle says all you need to do is shake and use but that didnt work. I even tried heating it up to see if it would get it to come together but it didnt (it did help a little bit but not entirely). Also even after overnight leaving the test run i did it still hadnt set either

Easy to use ,great product

This chocolate icing is easy to use and has a good drip on it and looks great

Was barely enough to go around edge of 10 inch cake, and did not run down sides as expected, the taste and colour were good but an expensive product.

I wish I could give this 0 stars. Save your money and use candy melts

Horrible don’t buy this product is extremely thick super small bottle for the price plus took forever to arrive

Je l'ai chauffé 20sec et la texture était mieux. Chocolat brillant, beau rendu. Par contre, je trouve que les coulures ne sont pas pratiques à faire, à améliorer.

Muy facil de trabajar con este producto. Muy buen sabor.
