These shorts are awesome!
Love these shorts, wore them for a hot vinyasa class, mush better than my gym shorts.I was able to move without restrictions. Full recommendation for someone looking for shorts that don’t restrict your movement and have a very comfortable liner (leave your undies at home!)Also the customer service at Yoga Crow is top notch! My shorts were defective (one leg longer than the other) I missed my return window because I did not use the shorts till weeks after the purchase. Evan and his Team at Yogo Crow stand by their product, I sent over pictures for proof, they responded quickly and within a week I had a new pair. They also provided a return label for the return so they can resolve the issue with QA.

Great for hot yoga!
These are the best shorts for hot yoga that I have ever worn. They are not tight or skimpy, so unless you are trying to show off your family jewels you will like the freedom of movement and the modesty. However, they aren’t baggy so you don’t have to be concerned about over exposure. They are long enough for privacy, but are short enough so that you are able to see your thigh muscles when you are doing the Bikram poses. The waist band stays at your waist without any adjustment through the entire class. They may seem a little pricey, but I have learned over the years that good isn’t cheap, and cheap isn’t good. These are a good example of you get what you pay for and to me they are worth the extra few dollars. I have purchased three pairs, and intend to buy a few more just to make sure I have a good supply should they change the design sometime in the future. Whoever designed these definitely knew what was needed for a good work out short, and particularly one for hot yoga.

Great Yoga Shorts
Being new to yoga (mostly Hot Yoga) my wife purchased these shorts as a a Christmas gift for me. I was skeptical at first, as they felt 'heavy' in my hand, but I was pleasantly surprised when I put them on: they fit well, had a nice interior mesh, and weren't 'heavy' at all. Plus they allowed my legs to move in all directions without bunching-up, squeezing my innards, and requiring me pull them down, back into place in between poses. The waistband has a wide band that flexes when you move, so it sits in place while you move, without riding up / down. I am 6' and 150#, so needless to say, I lack hips or an appreciable waist - but these shorts stay-on well. There is a fat drawstring that runs-through the waistband, and when you tie it, it's width doesn't allow the drawstring to dig into your skin. It's really a nice touch, and allows you to tie your shorts without getting that painful rub that can occur on the bony prominence that are (my) hips. The seams are really well-done, and there is no fraying or rough edges around the waistband / legs of the shorts. The seams are soft and comfortable - I don't know what it is that they call this type of seam work, but it's NICE.The interior mesh is incredibly soft and supports your goods, all without over-compressing or pinching you (where your inner thighs meet your torso). The shorts, if sized correctly, are to be worn WITHOUT underwear. THIS is nice, because you are REALLY FREE to move about the cabin without ANY strictures, or hang-ups. I have had no issue(s) with accidental exposures in classes; they're built to keep you and everyone around you safe from accidental exposure. Of course, you can wear them with underwear....but you don't have to, and given the choice? Psh!As an additional benefit, you don't have to wear these shorts only to yoga. They look great, and fit well and can be used for most other sports. I wore them last night for calisthenics / weights / grappling, and they were superb. Don't let the name fool you: these are great all-around shorts that you should try.I've been in-contact with the company, and the customer service is prompt, courteous and professional.Give the Yoga Crow a try - you'll be glad you did.

These yoga shorts are definitely worth it!
These yoga shorts are a bit pricey, but definitely worth it. The quality is self evident (I also bought other yoga shorts for about $30 and no comparison - returned those.) I wear them for hot yoga 3-4 classes per week. What I like about these shorts:> Comfort - the shorts aren't tight fitting (i.e., not body / crotch hugging like Speedos) though they are in no sense baggy or loose fit (I would say the description of Slim Fit is a fair assessment).> I also like the built in liner - saves on having to wear an additional undergarment.> Quality - the material is substantial compared to the other shorts I bought. I think they will hold up better over time.> As advertised, the shorts don't collapse in inverted poses - no showing off. Plus the inseams aren't too long (and since I am not tall, that's a good thing).> Pockets. During class, I have a place to put used tissues.> Customer service - more on that below as part of fit discussion.> Fit and customer service:I was torn between buying size Large vs. XL. Based on info on the website when I made my purchase, I bought size XL (I am 5'5", 160 lbs., have a little midsection paunch). The site said to measure around belly button and also described the shorts as slim fit (which I would say is true). The basketball shorts I had been wearing to yoga are size XL, so that was another factor in going that way initially. I wore the Yoga Crow XL's a couple of times and they were OK, but decided to order size Large to compare (the XL's were a bit long in the crotch and I had to cinch them with the draw string pretty significantly; and by the end of class, the extra material, when very wet, was a bit heavy). The size Large was definitely better for me. As a result, my recommendation is to select the waist size that you normally wear for pants / shorts; measure around where you normally wear your pants (for me, that's the crease of my waist). I normally wear size 35-36 pants (which sit just below the paunch) and the size Large are exactly that. Plus the material has some give. For customer service, Yoga Crow accepted the return of 2 pairs of worn shorts. I now happily own 4 pairs of size Large. I don't usually spend $64 on any shorts, much less yoga shorts. But these are definitely worth it and I expect to wear them for a long time.

Good for Hot Yoga
These are good quality yoga shorts that work well in a hot yoga class. I've been using them for a month and the overall experience is very positive. They are well made and designed: good quality stitching, no loose threads; nice, round tips of the drawstring aglets (haven't seen those for a while). They seem to withstand washing well, but a month is obviously not enough to be sure. The front feels comfortable -- not too loose and not too exposing. The liner does a good job of moisture wicking, so the skin remains sweat free for the entire class.I found the size selection a bit challenging. The description says the shorts are slim, so I ordered the large size, even though my actual waist measurement is less than 34'. I like the length of this size, but the waist could be slimmer. Machine drying it one time, as suggested by the manufacturer, may help. I may try medium size in the future, specially, if all these hot yoga classes reduce my waist even more.

Overpriced don’t understand the good reviews
They are very tight around the leg which I personally find uncomfortable running and workout out. You also get very hot and sweaty down there. For £60 I was expecting something brilliant and it was below average. Wouldn’t recommend, get yourself 3 pairs of normal workout shorts for the same price and save yourself the disappointment

Material quality is excellent very comparable if not better than other top brand ...
I bought this to use for hot yoga. Picture is a very accurate representation of the product. Material quality is excellent very comparable if not better than other top brand yoga product which I use. This is now my first choice. The undergarment in non abrasive and comfortable. Most importantly it is comfortable when doing the yoga positions and does not restrict your movement. I wish Yoga Crow would also sell the shirts in Canada. Overall an excellent product and I would recommend it highly.

A bit pricey but great fit and quality product...
Excellent quality. I'm 5'8" 150#. The size Small is perfect fit. Not body-hugging like bicycle shorts/tights but fit close to the body and stretchy allowing free movement. Perfect for yoga. Built-in liner is a plus. It may be a bit pricey but I haven't found anything like this for men that is as close to almost perfectly what I wanted. Too bad no holiday special!
