Paddywack (Step into Reading)

My 6 year old son not English native speaker read it in about half an hour, with small interruptions to look out for new vocabulary. It has good dialogues. Is great!

My daughter loves anything that involves horses. She absolutely loves this book!! She is going into 5th grade and still reads this book all the time. Great book and easy to read!

My daughter is in first grade and is just easing into reading. She is a horse lover so I thought she would enjoy this book. Since we received it, she struggled through reading it the first couple of times because it is much more challenging than the books that she had been reading, but she loved the story so much she pushed through. She loves this book and has probably read it more than 10 times already.

Easy to read for a beginning reader and horse enthusiast. My grand daughter loves to read it to me

I almost always have a few students that are just crazy about horses. I realized recently that my easy reader and easy chapter book collection lacked any horse books. This is one I bought to remedy that. It is a typical easy reader. It has illustrations on every page. Some are full page. No page is more than half text. The font is large and the sentence structure simple. The illustrations are appealing. The story is told from the pony's point of view which is different.

Cute book, daughter loved it.

My daughter loved this book! It is a very sweet story told from a pony's point of view. My daughter learned about trust, forgiveness and how to overcome fear. I highly recommend this book for any child who is able to read at this level. My daughter is 7 and needed no help at all.

This is a lovely addition to 3rd readers' books. It has a cute storyline and wonderful illustrations.
