I purchased this clock for a relative who is a senior. She has very poor vision and could not see a wall clock across her room. It is very easy to read with large numbers and clear black & white definition of numbers and minute/hour hands. It is much easier to read than a digital clock since even if a person can't see the numbers, she/he will be able to see the hands and know approximately what time it is. Digital numbers can look alike with blurred vision so this is a great alternative.It is basic with set time, set alarm, turn alarm on/off controls on the back. It is silent which is important for anyone who is bothered by a ticking clock. The biggest negative for me is that the labels on the controls are very hard to read and are small. This probably is not a big issue for 95% of users but for someone with poor vision it requires a magnifying glass or for someone else to do it for them. That's why I gave "easy to use" 4 stars instead of 5.It is large so I wouldn't consider this a travel clock. It's lightweight though so I gave it 3 stars for that category.Clock arrived on time and in good packaging too. FYI it needs a AA battery which is not included.

The clock is quiet, can be seen from all distances in the living room, batteries keep it accurate and it doesn’t stand out like a sore thumb.

This alarm clock is very accurate, easy to set, and large enough to see quite well. I gave it 4 stars because it is very light for it's size and so easy to knock around on the bedside table.

I love this totally silent clock. The face is large enough that I can easily see the time from across the room. It's a beautiful blue and looks great in my guest room. I'm very happy with this purchase.

The numbers are nice and big so even in the middle of the night I can see the numbers without putting my glasses on or sticking it so close to my eyes that I feel crossed eyed. Like the fact the light button is large enough so you won't have to play hide and seek.The light is very unobtrusive. As a senior don't get excited by much anymore but this is very helpful and simple to use.

I bought one for my dad and one for me. Huge clear face that even my elder dad can see it, even though he had AMD in an eye and barely any sight in the other. Of course, he still uses a magnifying glass but it works for him. Get the clock that is bold black with a white face. It is marked for the elderly. Enjoy.

This is bigger than I imagined but it's good. Easy to read the numbers at a glance. It is not silent !!! I've had it for 3 months and now I notice it has started making noise. No ticking but if you have the clock on your bed side table, you can hear a low noise - like a very fast motor chugging noise. If the clock is on the other side of the room, it would not be heard, but next to my bed, I can definitely hear it and it would absolutely keep me awake. So useless to me as a bedside clock. The alarm starts low and gets louder. Price is right if you dont mind the crazy noise. . Nice looking. Takes one AA battery. I tried looking for vendor information to ask about this noise it is making but there is no vendor or amazon contact info available and my 1 month return window has expired. So no customer support. I took off a star for the noise and another for no customer support and not standing behind their product. I cant recommend this clock because of the noise.

I really like the size and shape of this alarm clock. It is also very loud, which is the most important factor. My only negative for this review would be that there is no way to keep the alarm light on indefinitely, and the light only just lights up the face of the clock. It is difficult to see the time when it is dark. But I love it! Very cute.
