Not as easy to find as I hoped!
I recently changed to this system and less they a year later, the button spring broke. I could not find a replacement though our local pharmacy. This was more than I wanted to pay, but something I need to use every day. The new lancing device has worked perfectly and I was glad to find it on Amazon

A Wonderful Device
The Bayer Microlet 2 Lancing Device is a wonderful device that works well, but the inner spring wares out in about three months. The Medtronic Insulin Pump company used to send them out with their new pumps, but they have had many unhappy customers using this device. However, the device they send out now is awkward to use, so I have elected to buy the Bayer device on my own. I have to take four blood readings a day, so I use four of these devices a year. Diabetics that only need to take one or two readings can easily get a year’s use out of this devise. I have purchased this device before from you and you give excellent service. I hope you will continue to sell the Bayer Microlet 2 Lancing Device, and I will be purchasing four from you each year.

Linksys AC2200 EA8300 WiFi Router
I am a whole house Linksys router guy, I have three now, prime router (this one) and to older routers acting as Access Points. I don't think you can beat Linksys routers (at least when they work, I did recently get a bad refurbished one, though not from Amazon). This is my 2nd refurbished router from Amazon and I couldn't be happier.Update Nov 2, 2018: Actually I could be happier: It is nearly impossible to get rated speeds for this or any WIFI routerWIFI uses half duplex transmission unlike Ethernet so with given specs of 867, 867, 400 MBPS you may only see 60% or 525, 525, 240 MBPS which is still pretty good. MU-MIMO can make up for this but only if you have connected devices that support it and I don't, you probably don't either. You might also want to check the rated performance of the WIFI adapters in your WIFI connected devices. If you have old iron you probably won't get the speeds talked about here, certainly not those quoted by Linksys. My main PC, a Lenovo y50-70 sits less than 12 feet, direct line of sight from the router and I am getting 525, 525, 156 MBPS which I check using InSSIDer a free WIFI performance app which is the same one that Linksys appears to use.Because of the 156MBPS reading on my 2,4G band I am returning my 2nd Router for a replacement. Hopefully the third time will be a charmNone of this really bothers me because my PCs are all Ethernet connected and performance is great. What bothers me is that Linksys neglects to mention that the performance you see is not what they advertise. I understand why they do this and it is not just profits, networking is a very difficult subject and only a relatively few very smart folk will be able to make any sense of it,

As Described
The Microlet2 has not changed. It is exactly like the last version. If you received something that does not match the picture, then you got the wrong item, so return it. Stuff happens. Like most things with springs and mechanisms, the more you use it, the more it breaks in. The cap will be tighter, the needle depth will need to be adjusted, etc. Anyone who says it does not release enough blood, has not adjusted the settings. Look at the cap. This is one of the better lancets, and I've tried them all. My previous lancet lasted 13 years, until I broke it. The website description is correct, the photo on the website is correct. If you've been using lancets for a while, directions won't be necessary, but if it's your first time, your doctor should have shown you how to use it since he/she is the person who would have given you your first device. If you're buying it on your own, without direction from your doctor, that's just not smart. One thing I found is the needle is a little hard to remove, hence one star deleted for Easy of Us. Other than that, I'm hearing alot of buyers remorse with complaints that are inaccurate & unsubstantiated. Any device you use will have it's pros and cons. Bottom line, it stinks to have diabetes and to have to stick your finger 1-3 times a day, or more.

Update - I reacted too quickly. It has Arrived !!!
The lancing device has arrived, after a detour to Honolulu, HI, and only 2 days later than expected. Package came extremely well packed with full details of my purchase, along with comments by the seller. Very Professionally delivered, new and in the original, sealed packing. As stated previously, the product is good from years of use. It is the gentlest device I have used in 26 years. I am trying to replace the one I have. Cannot find it locally. Extremely Happy to have received it !!!! :-) :-)

Best lancet ever
I have been a type 1 diabetic for 40 years and this is the best lancet I've ever used, and trust me I've used plenty. The best thing about this one is that you can set it one handed. This makes it quick and easy. Now it will eventually fail and I usually have to order 2 new ones about every 18 months. But I'm telling you it's worth it for people who check frequently

Works great and inexpensive!!
After only using my new bayer meter for 4 months, the lancet pen broke! So instead of buying a new meter, I decided to see if Amazon happened to sell them (because Amazon usually has everything!) and they did!! The price was great and it arrived in 2 days! It's a little stiff but that's ok after a few uses it'll be ok. It came in an envelope but had no box. It works great so it was not damaged in shipping. Overall a great product and I may order another one for a backup.
