I will say taking this one week straight. I have went to the bathroom at least twice to 3 times a day pooping non stop. I’ve lost 3 pounds in a week so if does work. I have no side effects or nothing I feel great. Have t really changed my diet too much. I eat more veggies though. And drink tons of water with it to see faster results.

Please be careful if you’re buying these pills. I got extremely sick! I had none stop stomach pain, diarrhea & vomiting. I was only able to take one pill. This is only my personal experience with this product, but it might work for others.
