Never again
During football season I bought these boots for my partner who was deployed. When he returned, tried them on they were too small. I contacted the company and emailed them. Co was shocked that they would not exchange them for a larger size or give me a refund. They told me that it had been too long. since I purchased them for any type of transaction. It had been 5 months. The boots had never been worn and had not been opened till my partner tried them on. I explained, pleaded, and tried to cajole them into a resolution. It was to no avail and the the representative was curt . I will never order from them again. I am out of 400 .00 dollars. It is a pity because we really liked the boots.
