Great quality, a little too tight
The quality of these socks is pretty impressive. They feel so good on and give your feet a nice compression. Instant foot pain relief! I've had other compression socks and the material they are often made from wears out easily and starts breaking apart. I can tell these are not going to do that. The fibers are very fine and the seams are well pit together. The one thing that I didn't like about these socks is how tight they are on my ankles. Now this is probably a problem with the fluid retention in my ankles more than the socks themselves but they really cut in to my calves uncomfortably because of how high they are. I've embarrassingly included a photo. My husband doesn't get any fluid mention in his legs though and he find the height of the socks to not be a problem at all.

Select size based on ankle measurement instead of shoe size
Be sure to select a size based on your ankle measurement instead of your shoe size if you are looking for ankle compression. In my case I originally selected size medium since I wear men’s size 10 shoes, and while they provided adequate compression for my feet, the ankle was not snug enough for me. The seller was very helpful and responsive, and I ended up with size small which fit perfectly. The fabric is very thin, especially in the area where the heel meets the ankle, and I was afraid that they would tear easily, but I have been wearing them daily, both casually and for soccer, and they are still holding up, even after several washes. I recommend wearing socks over them, especially if worn without shoes, to protect the thin fabric which does start to pill in the white areas. 1/4 crew socks cover them completely, and they are so thin that it doesn’t affect the fit of my shoes.

Greatly Reduced Heel Pain
I purchased these socks for my husband. After wearing them for one day, his heel pain was greatly reduced. He also likes that the toes of the socks are not cut out. He likes them so much that he asked me to buy him another pair.

Not as supportive as a brace but a lot more comfortable - UPDATE
I have a lot of problems with my ankle tendons - all of them. Braces get uncomfortable and don't fit in shoes well, arch sleeves end up leaving blisters on the front on my ankle, KT tape helps a lot but over the course of a work week I'm still in a lot of pain by day four and then there's the matter of the adhesive itself. Even adhesive that my skin is okay with will still get irritating after a period of time.I got a pair of these (small, black/blue) to wear on the fifth day, when pain is at its height and it's generally a busier day as well. Using these in conjunction with MyTape KT tape (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01MRYKN05/ref=twister_B072XC5QVC?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1) helped more than I expected. For obviously reasons socks are not going to have the same support as a brace with hard inserts or one made for athletes, but even those only help so much and I find them very uncomfortable to boot.I found the combination quite helpful, the socks are very comfortable with nice seams that don't bother me (I'm sensitive about those things). I'm on the smaller end of adult shoe sizes, so no pair of socks fits perfectly, I always end up with the heel somewhere on the back of my ankle, and my only other option is to have material bunched under my foot to have the heel in the correct place. That is also mostly true of these, but I can get it closer to correct because it's tightly woven and I don't have the bunching problem.I have found that I need to keep my toenails both short and smooth, because any snags catch easily when putting them on. It also helps to put them on the same way you put on pantyhose or stockings. On washing, I have been putting them in a lingerie bag to wash with the rest of my socks (best way to not lose socks) then hanging them up to dry. If they hold up well over time I will get a few more pairs, not just for work but also for around the house or sleeping. I find in my case they help much more with the ankle tendinitis than my plantar fasciitis even with taping for that.UPDATE 7/13/21 - Changing from 4 star to 5 star; have proven quite durable.I have bought enough pairs to have a pair for each workday, and as a cashier I spent a lot of the pandemic year busier on my feet than ever. Every pair I own is at least a year old, with the oldest pair being a little over two years old. I hand wash them, as recommended, then hang or lay flat to dry, then put them in a UV sanitizer. Yes, I have had some of the elastic threads snapping, especially in the oldest two pairs, but there are so many that they have not lost their support ability. I can tell the slightest difference in pressure from the oldest to youngest pairs, but I think most people would not (I'm really sensitive to these things). The only problem I have with them is being hair magnets, and it takes some work to get all that out when I wear them on carpet (my kid and cat shed at alarming rates). I do wish they were a bit more "seamless" as that bothers me at times as well, but on the whole I really can't complain. They're still doing their job so that I can continue to do mine.Update 2/1/22: The toe seam on my first pair gave out last week. So I got a year and half of wearing and washing once a week out of them. Not bad in terms of lifespan. I see there's a cushioned version now, so I'm going to try a pair of those as a replacement. My most recent pair, the grey/black ones - I don't know if changes were made or if it's specific to this color blend, but they're not the lint/hair/fur magnets that my older pairs are.

My conundrum
Sadly I was not able to try these socks that my brother recommended , because they were not in the box Amazon said they were in. Amazon said they will refund my money after they receive the returned socks. I cannot give any stars on the product I didn't receive but my brother said they were wonderful and he could stay on his feet a lot longer while Waring them. He would most likely give them a 5, since he loved his., and ask you readers of this review, how they think I could return an item I didn't receive. Thank you TechWare for giving me this forum in which I could vent. I feel much better and may try to order the socks again so my feet could feel better also.

Foot Pain Relief
Nice fit and good results. I have used these sock braces at intervals and all day long at work which entails at least 8 hours on my feet. I have had my feet operated for plantar fascia releases and I will be purchasing more. Really nice support. I have had other products but these are full support without binding or noticeable arch control specific that has been too much in other products. I recommend this product for others that may need something to comfort their pain and may be able to avoid surgery for bone spurs which I developed in my heels.

I would buy it again
I am very particular with the socks I choose to wear. I've learned over the years that socks contributed to my comfort or pain during long days on my feet. These TechWare socks are very comfortable. I eventually started using them during my high impact workouts. I got a lot of foot and ankle support with these. I can't wait to see the choices expand to multiple color options. Definitely exceeded my expectations.

LOVE these socks!
I have plantar fasciitis, and these truly help. On the days when I have to be on my feet a lot, these have been a life saver. I spend so much time and money on shopping for shoes, and I clearly haven't given enough attention to socks. On a recommendation I purchased these and couldn't be happier. I like that they are crew length, which is very versatile. They wash well (air dry!!) and are holding their shape and compression nicely.

regular servicio
