4K Portable Monitor 15.6 Inch FHD 3840 x 2160 Type-c HDMI Monitor Ultra-Thin IPS LCD Monitor Built-in Speaker, for Raspberry Pi PS3 / PS4 / Xbox 360 Computer PC, Prechen

This is a great screen - 4K 15.6 inches. Bright, vibrant colours - masses of resolution, light, portable and with many different inputs.It has a little wire stand that works very well and also a cover for use with a laptop. It's lovely. Exactly what I want and need.I'm thrilled with itHowever...It needs a more powerful power supply than the one originally supplied.I run it as a second 4K screen off my Mac Mini, so it is on for 8+ hours per day.The power supply originally provided with the unit was a 2A USB adapter. That presented problems, as the screen would switch off for a second or so, many times per day, presumably due to insufficient power. When the screen turns off, the other screen tries to re-adjust, and it means I lost a minute or so each time the power dropped out.I used a more powerful USB output, which works a lot better, except that the cable and plugs get super-hot, and even then, I get the screen dropping out a couple of times a day.I mentioned this to the supplier and they provided a 12V/2A power adapter, which is working well.Separately, I bought a 30W USB box and a high-current (2.6A) cable. That also worked well.I will say that the suppliers (Prechen) were very cooperative and supportive through this. I contacted them through Amazon and then more directly using WeChatHaving used the screen for some time at 2560 x 1440 I see that the text is not quite as crisp and sharp as my main 27-inch screen running at full 4K-resolution. When I run the portable screen at 3840 x 2160, it is very sharp indeed, but the text is a little too small to read easily. That's not an issue with the technology - it's more about what size of screen you buy.Personally, I choose to run it at 2560 x 1440 as it is the best compromise between legibility and screen real estate. Your choice might be different.I also think that the relatively high power requirement means the screen is less portable than I originally thought, as few computers will offer a 3A current on the in-built USB outlets.Nevertheless, I am delighted wit the screen overall. It does exactly what I want.

Unfortunately, I have some issues with this product which I have only a short timeFirstly, there seems to be a high pitch sound from the device. Secondly, the thunderbolt interface does not seem to work when used with my Mac Book Pro.Given the relative expense of the item, I was hoping for a way to contact the seller to arrange a replacement or a repair.I would appreciate the seller contacting me to see what can be done, in which case I am willing to update my feedback.

The size format is good it's the connections that let this monitor down it keeps cutting out like it's not ment to be on for to long.
