Absolute shambles
The media could not be loaded. I’m in shock. These arrived, first of all they were carried to the door on their side and they are completely ruined. After paying over £40 for over 70 sweet tart cases, I would expect to be able to use more than 10. We are a busy company who desperately needed these for our business and they are utterly ruined. Disappointed doesn’t even cover it. How can I request a refund?

A lot broken in the box . Expensive product.
This was for a party I was doing individual banofee tarts 13 were broken in the box . Expensive mistake . Had to go scramble around for some at the supermarket. I won’t buy these again for the price outrageous.

Amazon Delivery is the problem
The product is great it’s Amazon delivery that’s the problem. The box is marked fragile so Amazon put it in a plastic bag hiding the Fragile stickers . It obviously gets thrown about by delivery driver who has no idea that it’s breakable. Arrived as picture most of them broken 😡

Shame about condition of goods when they arrived
The pastry cases arrived and half of the 72 were broken - we would have sent them back but we needed to use what we could - disappointed because we know they are a good product. Packaging definitely inadequate.

Disaster
Only 20 would pass as usable. Box wasn't marked as fragile and they are completely ruined. Complete waste of my time and money. Really disappointed.

Don’t buy these!!! All broken.
There were 6 useable ones in the whole box, absolutely disgraceful, no protective packaging at all!!!DO NOT BUY!!!!!

Don’t bothr
Appalled , over half of the boxed damaged and at least 30 out of 72 in absolute bits. Said fragile in the box inside the Amazon box but not on the outside box. Shocking product for £40 +
