Ballenger Motorsports AFR500v2 - Air Fuel Ratio Monitor Kit with Production Grade NTK Sensor

Make sure you follow the calibration process precisely. Also, for the money this sensor costs, do yourself a favor and order the NTK sensor.Calibration is easy. BEFORE installing this in your bung, connect it and let it hang in free air with the sensor turned on, but the engine off. It will be extremely hot, so avoid the temptation to lick it. The instructions say 10 minutes, but the longer the better. I let mine sit for 45 minutes. While it’s calibrating turn the dial on the back until it reads “CAL”. Small movements with the dial, it doesn’t take much. You’ll have to tweak it 2 or 3 times during the process.Once it’s done, let it cool off, disconnect the Harness from the sensor, screw it into the bung and then tighten it down.This should be powered from something keyed so it’s always on when the car is running (it will get ruined if you don’t). It also needs to be grounded to the battery. If you can’t do that, ground it to something without interference so your reading is accurate.

Not perfect accuracy when logging with hp tuners close enough. Way more complicated when you have to figure everything out yourself. Because there is no support for this no community no videos. Any forums you ask don't even know what this is no nothing about this product except their official website. It does do a good job.

I have 2 of these afr500v2 units i purchased from the website. I use them almost exclusively while tuning. Highly recommend any ballenger product.

WORKS GOOD, ONE OF THE L.C.D SECTIONS BURNED OUT WITHIN A YEAR THOUGH.LUCKILY ITS NOT IN AN IMPORTANT PLACE SO I CAN STILL READ ALL NUMBERS ACCURATELY.THOUGH, THATS JUST DUMB LUCK. APPEARS TO BE ACCURATE, VERIES SLIGHTLY FROM MY MS3 DATA READINGS. BUT THAT COULD BE A MINOR VOLTAGE DROP... WE'RE TALKING Mv HERE AFTERALL.

This AFR is the one to have. I have used in for years now and has given consistent results every time. IT works flawlessly and for the price it is a no brainier to get.
