Needs more coffee; milk and sugar overwhelm the flavor. At times as is can be just right in taste, with food for example. In retrospect a good product.

If you like strong coffee flavor, this isn't for you.

It certainly is strong enough. But the cream and sugar are very light. I wish it had a bit more cream and sugar because in a backpacking situation its hard to carry extra condiments. In a pinch its ok. Very convenient.

We use these for backpacking, when carrying cream and sugar along with. French press or a pour over is just not ideal. Add water and relax. They’re not the worst instant coffee I’ve ever had, and no instant coffee is really that great, but the flavor is a little thin, almost watered-down, I’d recommend two packets per serving.

Ok, It's not barrista coffee but it's good.If you normally drink a large coffee and expect the same from this, you will be disappointed.If however you are hiking and have limited water, this is a great little product. As indicated, one packet makes 4-6 oz of good coffee. Add more water and you'll need two packets or face disappointment. Personnaly, when I have time for a large coffee, I combine one of these and one packet of Cafe Bustelo.Bottom line: I find it great for long hikes as it provides a small, quick, sweetened, caffeine shot without much fuss.
