I bought these because I had an abdominal surgery and needed something comfy and not prods on my incision. These are true to size, soft, strong and nice color choices. I like these a lot and will order another pack!

These are perfect for after a c-section! I don't usually write reviews but these helped so much. They are high rise so you don't have to worry about rubbing on your incision. They are stretchy and leave plenty of room for large pads. They are also soft. Highly recommend if you're having a c-section.

got these to recover from major surgery but fell in love with them and will buy more to wear everyday. They are the only panties that I have bought that stay up when you have a belly and soft and comfortable.

I purchased these to use after my 4th c-section; right out of the package, one pair had a rip at a seam, and another ripped while I put them on. That concerned me at first, but since I didn't have any other underwear to wear other than the hospital mesh ones, I continued to wear them and I have to say - that was the only thing I didn't like about them. They compress in the right ways, stay up and don't roll down, and feel so comfortable. Also, the price is right when compared to other c-section friendly options. Prior to my delivery, I had purchased a set of underwear from a well-known company specifically geared towards c-section recovery that were about 13 dollars more expensive than these for the same amount of pairs and those weren't even close to being as comfortable as these. When I discovered one set of these wasn't enough, I tried to get by purchasing a regular brand from Target that was high-waisted, and those also didn't match. I ended up buying another set of these and am so glad I did.

They are pretty tight around the thigh and bum area so definitely size up. However the belly part is stretchy enough that it fits over my 7 month bump so they will be perfect for after my c section.

I purchased these underwear for postpartum use. They are good underwear but not for postpartum as they aren't soft enough compared to the mesh panties I received in the hospital. They didn't seem breathable and seemed too tight in the vaginal area so if you're reason or purchasing is for after child birth comfort I would reconsider. Other than that they're great.

These are the most comfortable underwear I’ve ever worn!! I got It for my period on my heavy days and it was worth every penny. I love That it’s cotton and it doesn’t cut into your skin. It’s true to size as well. I’m buying more soon

Size M arrived today. It looks like an XS - tiny. These were very cheap. This brand offers another 7 pack that's more expensive - the more expensive pack had better sizing.

Itchy. Smaller than expected. Couldn't use post partum

Issue with the size despite me buying a size up. Their customer service was really good and we came to a resolution within an hour. I was really happy with their service.

Sizing is way off I wouldn’t risk the purchase. I usually run a medium size, however went a large due to the reviews and they still didn’t come close to fitting.
