These broke after a few months use keeping a BBQ cover on.Tried to claim under the warranty and got this response:i have sent this photo to our manager cords seems misuse but if you wish to order again we can offer you discountI'm not quite sure how the bungee cords holding a bbq cover on can be misuse but hey ho what can one do.

They are fine for the price point they are at, if you really need them to hold something down then these don't really have the strong resistance on the stretch like others of better quality, not sure how long they will hold before stretching out even further as time and wear take effect but for the price they will do.Some of the hooked ends are missing the rubber cap ends so do check before using them on something it might scratch.

A bungee cord is a very simple item ~ it needs to stretch & hold it's load securely! This should be easy right?Well not if U buy a big bundle of really cheap ones, blinded by the low price ~ these on the other hand, are cheap but also excellent performers!Going to a festival in the UK I bought a trolley & a bunch of cheap bungees, they hardly stretched & the hooks all bent with even a medium load ~ so I bought these, hoping the moniker of 'heavy duty' would solve my problem & they did!Highly recommended!

A classic case of buying in a hurry, not reading the thing correctly, just looking at the pictures. Thought I was buying 10 different lengths (as suggested by the pictures) but received all the same 45cm length. So in a nutshell, silly me for not fully reading, but naughty of them to suggest it was a mixed bag, hence dropping 1 star for misleading pictures. Work well enough though.

Good product to aid covering my inflatable spar with tarpaulin. Upon further review, the rubber protection on all the hooks were loose, not glued, having to do myself now, plus one end protection was missing? 600 Euros if the faulty hook went into my spar linings!

I was previously using rather feeble cords procured from a super market. For very little more outlay I found the new purchase to have a much more substantial feel and although I will not use them until the weekend, (and therefor cannot rate the durability - they are enclosed in a tight braid) I have confidence that they will meet my expectations

I would say these are functional and good value. I am using them to hold down a tarpaulin over our trailer which sits outside. Even in the recent high wind the tarp is still firmly in place. I don't know how long they will last being exposed to the elements but at the price if I get two years out of them I will be happy.

I bought it to do some exercise as it`s nearly as good for the purpose as the silicone rubber bands. I stretched it many times during the exercises, not a single problem. It will do the job for anyone wishing to secure items with them. Quality item and sturdy, not to mention the value for money, it`s the best on the market.
