Astronomy Level I: Teacher's Manual Paperback – June 1, 2011

This series of books is excellent. My grandson loves them. I have found all of the titles to be helpful. He learns quickly and enjoys that these books present more information about topics than other children's science books do. For him, they are enrichment so I don't use them as a curriculum since he is in school, but they would be excellent for a homeschool program.

My fourth grader wanted to learn about astronomy, even though they're not scheduled to learn about it in school until next year. This book was the perfect solution. Both my fourth and sixth graders have enjoyed the very digestible text and photographs and illustrations. It was in-depth enough to satisfy her questions and encourage her to learn more, but broad enough to be understandable for her age. I'll definitely order from this series again!
