Quality & good life
High noise.Very bad installation though very costly.Pipe is suspended with the help of ordinary wire,no bracket/clamp. Normal cello/ adhesive.tapes used for fixing the cowl cover & at chimney outlet.

Very helpful for cooking purposes
Received this product on time and seems cool. It was more than our expectations and came with sensors which makes usage even better.Technician Jai, from smartcare, was helpful in installation and assisting us with the product. Worth the money.

INSTALLATION CANNOT BE DONE BY TECHNICIAN
why not technician installing the chimney? what type of service do you provide and why we have to buy product from you if your technician not installing and how there will be warranty if we install by ourself? so i don't want to install personally and loose the warranty so i am planning to return the product asap and go for other brand instead of FABER

Working fine till now. (But I have got multiple calls asking to rate this product. Please don’t pressurise your executives into doing this.)

I am writing this review after 3 months of use .
The product is working fine till now. Almost 3 months complete.I will suggest if you want to go with tight budget and want all function i.e (Autoclean,baffle filter,touch,motion sensor) then go with this.However the delivery of product was delayed by a week from the mentioned date.No warranty card was inside the box.There was a dent in back side of chimney.(Above stated points are actually bcz of the supplier (dealer) and not the Faber company)

It's a value for money product. post sales service is also very good. installation was done within the stipulated time. initial experience has been good with the product. will review after few months of usage.
