Infantino Play and Away Cart Cover and Play Mat

I love this play mat / cart cover / high seat cover! It was such a great purchase! My daughter is 6 months old, and we use it often. I bring it to yoga class with me and she can play on it while I'm working out. I also bring it to friend's houses so she can play on the floor (on a clean and soft surface) and get her tummy time while we are out and about. I love inserting it into high chairs when we are in restaurants, because it assures me that she is in a clean chair, and it gives her something to do while we are eating - she enjoys playing with the toys that are attached, and I use the little loops to attach my own toys as well. I usually put the mat up on the lip of the table so that her hands don't touch the table, instead they stay up on the mat, and she has easier access to her toys. Before allowing her to use it, I hand washed this mat/cover and the attached toys and I hung it to dry - it dried quickly and retained its shape and color perfectly. The mat also came with a handy clear case that fits the mat nicely with room to spare if you fold it up. It also has a handle that i usually hang from my stroller for easy access. I've attached a photo. I think this was a smart purchase, I highly recommend it!

GREAT shopping cart cover and play mat in one!! I have not seen this in our Babies R Us or Target store!! I'm so happy I found this online!! Its large sized which is good cuz the one I had for my first son (whose now 8 yrs old) wasn't big enough for the shopping cart. I was always frustrated with the cover not covering the cart completely. I like the quality of the Infantino cart cover too because its easy to wash and doesn't fall apart in the washing machine as some do due to poor choice of fabric. What a great idea to invent a shopping cart cover that is also a plat mat too! I liked how this was very affordable through Amazon too. I've seen some low quality shopping cart covers out there that are too expensive and don't have the stitched in fabric loops (to attach toys too). As a sewer its very important to have good quality fabric when you have children that will tear up something or make a mess.

My grandchild is very happy with this cover (my daughter and I are too). Plenty big to cover even Costco carts. Attached toys included are a great addition. You could attach other toys if you want, as well. Seems to be well made although haven't washed it yet. The stitching is good and padding is plush but not so big to make it hard for the little ones to sit. It has velcro to attach to a cart but you really do not need to attach it. Can be used for either a boy or a girl. The colors are very vibrant and the animals are cute! It folds up easily to store in car or diaper bag. I would recommend.

I wanted this cart cover since my baby was in my belly. I saw a lot and I think it is by far the best. (The others seem too plain & boring) It is so colorful and has enough toys to keep baby entertained & I love that it has like a pouch to put a phone / small tablet to play some movies/shows/etc.. Makes shopping fun & easy! Oh and a bonus is being able to use it as a play mat at home. Gotta love a versatile item with different uses! :)

I purchased this product to use it while we were in the hospital for a tummy time mat. We had a very long stay and so we had to start working on things there that I would have preferred to start at home. I picked this particular one for the bright colors, versatility, and the price. I didn't want to invest in an expensive mat because we occasionally had some things disappear out of his room at the hospital.I was pleased with the mat itself. It's quite big. The colors look just like the picture. The toys easily attach and detach and can be moved around the mat. The stitching is secure and it's sturdy. It's easy to clean.The fact that I can use it in a cart really was the deal clencher in my purchase and I look forward to using it for that. That versatility was what really boosted my score of the project. Very nice design.What I didn't like about the product is that it just doesn't work for us as a tummy time mat. Admittedly, our baby hates tummy time. But, the material the mat is made of is a bit slippery, especially for a small baby. That just made his dislike of tummy time worse. We have a different mat by Baby Einstein that is also a little slippery, but not as much as this one is. The slippery nature not only made it harder for him to push up, it also made used things like a wedge more difficult, because the wedge slid away. We had that issue with both this one and the Einstein. We ended up just having to do tummy time on a blanket or on a sheepskin where he could get more purchase when he tried to push up.BUT, as a cart cover this is wonderful. That's what earned back the stars. There is lots to look at and toys that attach. Plus, you can swap them out for different toys. It's a really great design for this and fits a wide range of baby sizes. Plus, we have a mat to take with us traveling that I can use as a change pad if I have to.

This keeps my daughter's attention while we are at Target. I get to shop peacefully because not only is she entertained, she is protected from any germs on the cart. It is also great to use on the ground when we go to outdoor parties. I only wish it had come with a carrying bag to store the cover when you are not using it. I purchased a cheap drawstring canvas bag to store it when we aren't using it. Love this product!

Such a useful product. I should have brought it even early when my baby was a newborn so I could have made the most of this as floor mat and now as a cart cover. The little hangings are very engaging when they get bored on the cart. It folds and fits well inside diaper bag and we use it on restaurant high chairs as well.

This is really stiff which makes it hard to get on the cart just so. It also moves easily when I'm trying to get my daughter in and out of the cart. I've owned other cart covers that had elastic to help hold it in place, which this one does not have. It also needs to be folded well when put back in the car or else it will unfold itself completely. Although my daughter enjoys the bright colors, friendly animal pictures, and few toys that are attached, I'm still going to switch back to my other cover simply for the better function.

This shopping cart cover is amazing! I get so many people asking where I got it from. It’s so easy to use- you’re never fighting with it like some of the others I’ve had. It doesn’t fold up into a little carry case but that works for me. It fits all carts including Costco, and is great for restaurant high chairs. This would be an amazing baby shower gift too! It comes with four little detachable toys and a window for a shopping list or phone. Well thought out shopping cart cover!
