I have to get one of these every 3 years or so. Eventually the snap always pops off. But for the price I'm ok with that. I have tried other styles but this is definitely my favorite.

I like that is pure leather, no imitation.

Good quality

This is well made. I expect it to last for years. It fits several of my 25ft tape measures (one at a time:). As mentioned by others, I recommend protecting it with leather conditioner (I used Leather Honey brand) It really looks nice too. (Made in Pakistan, NOT China)

Beware that if you have the larger red Milwaukee tape that this will be a very tight fit and not easy to take out or put in on the job. These things last forever though, I usually lose them before they ever wear out.

I’m what I would describe as an above average DIY guy. The tape pouch/ holster is great. I bought it because I’m completely remodeling my Mille Lacs Lake skid house. Siding, roof, framing, sheathing, flooring, tongue and groove, electrical, windows, you name it. I did treat the pouch with sno seal. I bet I’ll have this thing until the day I die. For the every day users out there, I bet you could get 10 years +.

I owned this product for about three month and the strap on top that holds the tape in broke. Now I'm a union construction worker I use my tape multiple times a day and on a daily. For the price it functioned well enough. But I did expect it to last a little longer.

I took a chance on this tape holder as there was no reviews and as you can't see it in the flesh it is hard to gauge the quality and suitability from just a picture and a minimum description.All in all it has turned out to be a very good buy. The leather is a good quality. The rivets look like they will stand the test of time and my tape of choice (a Stanley 8m) fits well but with enough play to allow easy retrieval.As I have only worn it for 2 to 3 days it will take some time for the leather to soften and the press stud to wear in (as, at the moment, both are a little stiff). This shouldn't take long as it will be in attached to my belt at least 50 hours a week. I will report back in a month or two. Hopefully I will still be as happy.The only negative thing I have to say about it is that the 'packaging' (info card and barcode) was stapled very firmly to the leather. This proved awkward to remove and has left the staple holes and a discoloration of the leather. No big deal as it's a work tool so will look beaten and battered in a few months anyway but I would rather not have had to have pried it off with a screwdriver in the first place. Not saying enclose it in a blister pack but there are two belt slots that could have been utilised.

Ezcellwnt tape holder. Fits my 25' with ease, and is labelled up to 36 i think. Would depend on shape of tape measure since my tape is a klein tools. The holes in the bottom are awesome for helping push the tape out and keep your hand on the tool
