Perfect Pocket Pen
I really love this pen! I've wanted one since I saw it posted on one of my Facebook groups, and I finally got around to buying one. I'm so glad I did! I have owned a Kaweco Sport for a while, and I am now realizing I love tiny, adorable pocket pens. Plus, this pen has a really cool color pattern. You can see your ink, but the pen itself isn't entirely clear, giving it some character. The main point of this pen, like the Kaweco Sport, is to be small when capped but a more normal length when posted. You almost have to post it to use it comfortably. Unlike the Kaweco, this pen has threads on the end to post. You lose less of the cap's length when posting which allows the pen to be shorter while still maintaining a decent length when posted. The Moonman is a bit thicker around than the Kaweco Sport, and unlike the Kaweco, it doesn't taper from the cap. When capped, the entire pen has the same width except for the small part at the very end where the threads are for posting it. I like the visual appeal of that aspect of the design; it's like a cute little capsule pen. I've carried mine around in my small women's jeans pocket with no issues.I think the writing experience is comparable to the Kaweco Sport as well. It's not super smooth or springy, but it is pleasant to write with and reliable. It is slightly shorter than the Kaweco, so if you have large hands that get cramped with small pens, this pen probably won't work for you. I've included pictures of the Moonman next to my Kaweco Sport which is next to my Lamy Safari so you can maybe get a better idea of this pen's size.I haven't had any issues with skipping or hard starts or any other flow issues. It also works pretty well with reverse writing if you want to do that.It doesn't take any converters that I know of, and the only cartridges that fit, to my knowledge, are the Moonman cartridges. It comes with five of those with a basic black ink that is fairly standard. I haven't noticed the ink being particularly wet or dry or prone to feathering. It behaves well in my experience. I did have a slight issue when putting the cartridge in. I rarely use cartridges, and I had to use more force than I expected to break the seal on the cartridge when inserting it. However, once I got it in, I have had no issues at all. If you want to use bottled ink, you can clean and refill the cartridges with ink syringes. You might even be able to pop out the plug to reseal the cartridge with the little ball, refill it from the back, and then pop the plug back in to have more than one loaded at a time. There's a video on YouTube showing that being done with Hero cartridges that look similar to the Moonman cartridges, but I haven't had a chance to try it yet.I'm more likely to use this pen as an eyedropper once I use up the ink in the cartridges. It will hold around 2ml -- maybe a tad more -- when used as an eyedropper. In conclusion, I absolutely adore this pen! I've been using it for about a week, and I haven't had a single complaint. If you like pocket pens and think the color design of this pen is cool, I don't think you'll regret purchasing it.

Fantastic pocket pen!
This is a fantastic little pen! Especially for the price. It's designed to be a pocket pen - it comes with an O-ring pre-installed on the section threads to prevent leaks, which works extremely well (although care must be taken when filing because drops of ink on the threads themselves can still find their way onto your hands... just like any other eyedropper). It's the smallest pen I've ever seen, but when the cap is screwed on to the end of the barrel (which takes about 1.5 turns and is surprisingly quick) it becomes a very comfortable size to write with. The nib is a true nail- no flex or give at all - and very smooth. It's a decently wet (but not too wet) writer. The pen comes in a presentation box with a set of eyedroppers for filling and a box of cartridges as well, so it seems cartridges can be used if you prefer but I haven't tried this as I prefer bottled ink.

Cute sturdy high quality pen at an afgordable price.
This little gem arrived. It is just about the smallest fountain pen I have used..It's about the same length as the old Peter Pan minis bit as thick as a modern fountain pen. That was a concern at first as I have biggish hands. I could never use Cross pens without getting cramps. No problem with this pen! Thick enough section that I can write with it as easily as a full size pen. It's made of PMMA (You may know this as Plexiglass or Lucite) the same material Parker 51 barrels are made of. Better than polystyrene. It has a cool swirl throughout that in person is cooler than in the picture. It's a cartridge or eyedropper filler. There is an o rong on the section so no leaks when the barrel is filled directly. Both a box of ink cartridges and 3 eye droppers (one glass, two plastic pippettes) are included. That's at least a $5 value. The packaging is the best I've ever seen from a Chinese pen company. I think you could play football with the box and not hurt the pen inside. The cap unscrews. A nice feature is that there are threads on the end of the barrel for posting. So when posted the cap feels just like an extension of the barrel - no random cap pop offs. So it is a pocket pen on that it is short, really short, when capped and comfortable length when posted. I don't carry a purse but I bet it would be great for a purse. Or a small pocket. And since it's made of acrylic no worry about crushing it.The nib is a fine point. A little more feedback than I'd like but that's to be expected from a fine point. And o tend to like the butter on a hot skillet feel in pens, but you lose line definition then. Just a preference. I washed the pen before using filled it with Mont Blanc Tolstoy blue and have it a whirl. It wrote immediately. No hesitation or dryness. Also not too wet. Really a nice little pen. If you are looking for a pocket pen with a little class this is for you.My only regret was that there is not an option for an add on clip like Kaweco offers. I like to clip my pens on a shirt pocket. I also prefer ebonite feeds but this one works fineReally impressed with the recent quality of the Chinese manufacturers. Really a good pen that won't set you back 50 or 100 bucks.

Love it!!
Love my clear Moonman! It’s tiny, but mighty! It holds lots of ink and it’s so smooth to write with and comfortable to hold. I have arthritis and changes to my grip due to nerve damage, so this pen is very comfortable to hold.
