Do a software update first!
It’s big and good value. The picture and sound quality are good but terrestrial TV will look blurry - Netflix is good though.Remote control buttons are not soft touch and could be quicker to respond. Philips app could be downloaded to phone.BBC iplayer didn’t work until software was updated under settings. No instructions but pdf available from website.In summary, some issues but unbeatable value for 65” TV 😃

great value, software so-so
This is a very good quality, very good value huge TV.The picture quality - especially at HD and 4K is very good, sharp, the blacks are fairly black and the colours are quite vibrant. The sound is pretty good too.Netflix and Amazon Prime work OK, the other streaming services can sometime not start and one has to start them multiple times - this is annoying... thus 4 stars.

Good luck finding non-pornographic apps for it.
There's nothing "smart" about this TV. There are almost no apps for it. Picture's fine, I guess. The remote works a solid 60% of the time. The "app gallery" is a challenge to use. I'll probably have to spend another £50 on a fire stick and spend my life unplugging games consoles and littering my house with even more remotes, therefore defeating the object of buy a smart TV in the first place. Comes with Brazzers and Playboy pre-installed. Doesn't support Disney+ at all. Don't buy this TV.

Good value tv for 65"
Use this TV with my virgin v6 box and very happy with the picture and no longer use my 50w soundbar as this is a lot louder than my previous tv. Did buy a wall bracket but took it down as unable to turn it enough so bought a trolley stand with wheels

It's not worth the money!
Not very good, picture is a but fuzzy at times, and if you have audio on and the turn it off it takes ages to for the sound to come back on. Regret buying this item!
