These worked ok. Slid around on my door when I would do certain workouts but over all works good.

Only use for slower movement exercises
I like the mats for the protection it gave to my floor didn’t really stay together during hit exercises but works well with weights , abs and push up exercises

Very disappointed purchase.
I just got this today (9/16/19) and tried it out. I'm a wheelchair bound paraplegic. I have a table-top exercise hand-rowing machine and tried this mat to see if it kept the exercise machine in place. This product does not do that as the my table-top exercise hand-rowing machine still moves/slides. I will be returning this product.
