My son and I have been playing with drones for a couple of weeks - we've had a couple of cheap/small ones in boxes for a while so have had them out during this time of isolation(!)We've had fun with them, but have never felt in control of them - the flight has always seemed very random.Having read a few reviews I purchased the Rabing - and wow, what a difference! My son who is 10, mastered the controls incredibly quickly and loved the fact that there was an automated take off / landing. The camera (visible through a phone) is clear and battery life is very good - way better than these cheap ones that last 5 mins of flight.I think the only criticism i have is that it is quite noisy. Its maybe an unfair moan as I have no real comparison to other drones of this size, having only tried micro drones, but you are certainly aware that is there. Think of a quiet vacuum hoover and you are somewhere in that noise range!Overall a great drone and we cant wait to take it somewhere where we can let it run free!

The Rabing SG900 drone is an advanced drone jam packed with load of features. I have couple of other drones but neither of them is as good as this one.This drone has a very cool look to it, which I’m sure is only accented by its ‘stealthy’ matte black finish. Both the device & the remote have a refined look-n-feel, operate very smoothly and the overall construction feels more solid & durable than most other drones that I’ve flown in this price range.The drone comes with very good transmission range, I took the drone to 116 meters in altitude and it was very much responsive, and in control; stability of the drone at that altitude was very impressive, it was holding its altitude pretty well which was very much visible in the video recordings. Video recordings at that level was smooth and stable. Transmitter is powerful and reconnects on its own as soon as drone comes back in the range. This drone has a built in self monitoring system that keeps check on the battery charge and the distance its away from the take-off location, it starts Auto returning to the take off position as soon as it senses that the charge just enough to go back to the base.Take-off and landing is super easy, it comes with one-key take-off and landing button on transmitter. While flying if you click land button, drone will auto land vertically down, controlling the speed on its own.The drone comes with wide HD camera recording the videos in 720P; it can record the video or take the pictures in high definition. It comes with 90 degree Camera angle adjustment allowing you to record videos at multiple angle.I recorded the videos from 116 Meters and the quality of the recording is very good. When connected to smart phone, drone is able to stream LIVE video’s. Since smart phone is connected over 2.4 ghz WIFI channel, the connectivity is limited and is lost after reaching certain altitude, definitely its not connected when flying at 100m altitude. I used their iOS app, it comes with lot of features maintains the flying log showing the details like, Altitude, Distance and Speed per flight. The app also provides various flying status like “Waiting for GPS single”, “Transmitter not connected” and bunch of other details, helping first time flyer to get use to this Drone in no time.Overall, I’m very happy with the SG-900 and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a higher quality drone that provides more in-flight stability, smooth controls and a great look-n-feel.

The media could not be loaded.  What a great little drone this is, as soon as it arrived I had it unpacked and charged up and ready to go, both the hand set and drone both charge from the usb charger included and it took no time at all, I set up the drone using the iPhone app called “HFUN” if you can’t find it and instantly had HD video and the choice to use my phone as a controller. Drone had two cameras one at the front which is adjustable and one underneath which is fixed in place. First thing I noticed was it’s very easy to fly there’s a one button take off and land if you aren’t comfortable using the sticks and once up it will stay at the in the air at the hight you set it, when I used this outside it was very windy and the drone coped very well in this as the video shows. Fantastic value for money and so easy to fly, comes with lots of spares and blade protectors. This is such a good drone I’m thinking of buying another near Christmas for my lad as he’s in love with this one.

After a lot of attempts finally got to completing set-up of the craft. Controls are easy and not bad at all for the cost. camera quality is not so good, but again, not a costly item either. Not sure about battery life because I have not really used it thoroughly to access ba3. Not very clear where to get spares e.g blades, ba3s etc when the need arises.

The media could not be loaded.  This drone is amazing. I havent used one before but very quickly got the hang of controlling it. I like how you can use the remote or you can use the app to fly it aswell. I prefer the app as you can see the camera footage whilst flying and also take videos and pictures. Its super easy to use and the drone can get really far whilst still being in range.It doesnt take long to charge either and its actually very sturdy having survived a couple crash landings without a scrape on it.I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a great drone.

The cameras being able to inspect the property's roof for any maintenance needed and useful at the model aircraft field viewing the flight line on a Sunday of aircraft from above as i am unable to walk very far.

Took me awhile to get the hang of it. But brilliant little drone.

Really good for the price! Bought it as a present and they seem to love it
