Wonderful collection of scents

I had read in the customer reviews about this product that several people were unable to work the spray mechanism for one or more of the samples. Since I love one fragrances that I have from this company I was excited to have the opportunity to get some samples of other scents…I went ahead and ordered the sampler kit. It is very pricey ($70 for five .05ml each). I received it a few days ago and was disappointed to see that I got a little spray vial that would not work. I wanted to return it but found that this company (Bakers Club) does not accept returns! I called Amazon and they said this was from a third party and, other than facilitating my complaint, they were unable to do anything. I did hear from Bakers Club yesterday and their response was that they’ve had this problem in the past but had resolved the issue (not in my case) and that I should simply pop off the spray mechanism and use the fragrance. Well, the top does not just pop off. I’m afraid if I use more force it will just fly all over the place. Getting a replacement was not an option. Because of this I will never order from this company again. There may be another company that offers the sampler kit, I recommend you order from them and not Bakers Club.

Product was not packaged as shown and did not include all of the fragrances as described. The one scent I really wanted i did not receive. Don’t waste your money.

Very disappointed!!! I love Santal 33 and love le labo candles. Heard good things about Noir 29. Uggg All of these sample are foul, except for Santal 33. The bottles dont even have lids on them. The sprayer shoots out a TON of liquid to make you run out of it quicker. I guess I just overpaid a ton for a travel size Santal 33 -- without a $^@* lid. Despite being expensive, this little vial looks prone to leaking and I'll probably have to put it in a ziplock. Definitely cant throw it in my purse. So annoying! Complete waste of money!!!

2 were switched, and the neroli was just alcohol ( literally) .
