Best 1.5-ton 5-star AC from Daikin with all the essential features and no gimmicks. Wonderful cooling and PowerChill mode cools the room quite fast. Both Daikin and Amazon offered good resolution with Re-installation service after raising several complaints and demanding them to fix the improper installation and unprofessional work done by earlier technicians. The new technicians demonstrated great professionalism and properly re-installed the indoor unit followed by all the necessary work and simultaneously explained everything. Daikin needs to improve its overall service and hire good professional technicians and mainly Daikin must reduce the First Installation charges because most of the consumers have complained about this, and I too found it highly expensive. I was highly disappointed with the initial installation work (Both previous and new images are attached). However, I am quite satisfied with the reinstallation work and overall product and its performance. My sincere request to Daikin, this AC is a top-notch product but it's your service which needs a big improvement.

This was my second Daikin purchased after being happy with the first ac. However I will never buy or recommend this brand ever. The product itself is great but the service is pathetic. Extremely rude and incompetent technician did the most shabby installation I have ever seen. Left a large hole on the wall without bothering to fill it up. The drain pipe was left hanging in the room. Only drain pipe was supplied extra and Rs.3060 was charged for installation. Daikin should be careful in appointing it's service personnel before the brand loses all it's credibility.

It’s been 2 months of usage and my AC is provoking excellent cooling even though my room is 200 sqft, can’t say much about energy efficiency but cooling is superb and noise level are even less compared to my Panasonic AC which is also very silent AC, I was in doubt of buying Daikin AC viewing negative reviews about installation team, but I’m impressed by the excellent installation by Daikin team. And they charged only 1800 incl. a stand for outdoor which was surprising cause I have paid thousands to Panasonic for installation of my first AC they literally charged for everything.

I recently purchased the Daikin 1.5-ton 5-star rated air conditioner from Amazon, and I must say, it’s one of the best in its class. The cooling performance is outstanding, and I have no complaints about the product itself.However, my experience with the Amazon shipping and packaging was less than satisfactory. Although the product was packed securely, it was missing the copper pipe required to connect the indoor unit to the outdoor unit. This oversight led to considerable inconvenience, as I had to reach out to customer care to resolve the issue.Fortunately, the technicians from Daikin who came for installation were highly skilled and did an exemplary job both aesthetically and technically. Kudos to them for their professionalism.Despite the hassle with the missing copper pipe, Amazon did eventually reimburse me for the cost. However, the reimbursement was in the form of Amazon Pay wallet credit rather than returning the funds to my original payment method, which was a bit of a letdown.In conclusion, while I highly recommend the Daikin air conditioner for its performance and efficiency, I urge Amazon to be more diligent in checking the contents of their packages before shipping them out to customers. Overall, a great product, but a slightly unpleasant experience due to the packaging oversight.
