Here's how I feel about this thing. Is it better than results you'd get with a scrub brush and a strong back?-No, I would say not terribly more effective; however, if your body has physical limitation it's a LIFESAVER!Due to a back injury, scrubbing my shower causes agony and I can't afford to hire a cleaner. I used to use an automatic shower cleaner, but it broke and Dow stopped making them. Of course, I still had to scrub it sometimes. Even if you're disabled, you don't want guests thinking doesn't anybody clean this shower?This doesn't get into the corners but it does do the walls, the floor and glass shower doors. I pair it with the Black and Decker Grimebuster and my shower sparkles! Mine did come with the extension pole and I'd say that's a must have to do an entire double shower stall. For me, it does give way better results than I can achieve on my own.I do have a pool and I'm thinking this summer I might try it to clean the grime that builds up along the water line since it's submersible. I've had it about 2 months now and this thing will allow me to clean all kinds of things I wouldn't be able to clean well before. I love it and if you have any physical limitations, I would definitely recommend that you try it. BTW that Grimebuster thing is a powerhouse-it's actually for dishes but I scrub everywhere with it and it's submersible also!

I used this to clean our tub/shower and it worked very well by reducing the amount of manual physical scrubbing that it would have taken to clean without it (tub had been neglected). It is rechargeable and did not seem to lose any power during the project. I bought it with the extension but didn’t end up using it. The point on the scrubbing surface helped in the corners and other tight spots.

I had this in hand held. Then got a little older. Lol. This thing is great.

You have to press down on this so hard you may as well just scrub it yourself. It actually stinks. Also my item arrived without the most important and useful item. The actual scrubber pad. Ugh. It’s a total waste of money, time and effort.
