I really like this idea. I like to keep journals propped up on the easel when its not in use. Seems well made, the tiny drawer is secured by more than one latch which averts tragedy in my studio on the regular.Speaking of, what is the point of that drawer? It can never hold a complete set of anything. Pencils? a few. but not the whole pack. Maybe pens? Nope, pens tend to be taller or fatter than what this accomodates. Currently I'm trying to store paint tubes in there but I can already tell I'm asking too much.So, it's cute, but maybe not as useful a I hoped.

I am loving this easel. Small enough to not be intrusive. Big enough to handle my canvas. Stable, secure and compact.

This was given as a gift to a 3-4 year old... who loves to draw and paint. Perfect set up for table use. When I viewed it for the money and to whom it was being given to, it was perfect.
