Excellent Little SLA's. I use them to run Coleman CFL lanterns (3) that I have converted into emergency light sources. I am uncertain of the lantern's exact model numbers. but each model I have is a bit different internally and externally. One of them is the newest model, with a black plastic body, a metal ring around the throat of the lantern right in between the battery compartment and globe, with the 7 or 9 watt spiral CFL bulb, and remote control. This lantern (as well as the Red Plastic ones that came just prior to it) can fit these in the battery compartment perfectly! (You may have to remove the plastic frame inside that covers the circuit board and use Glue to center the battery and prevent it from moving around inside the battery compartment and smacking the circuit board) My grandfather gave me an older green Coleman lantern, I am guessing 7-9 years? but it may only be 4-5 years old and he found it at the used store, but at any rate - this older, green lantern runs a 9 Watt U-Tube type bulb instead of the spirally ones. This battery would not fit in this older lantern, but it is as easy as cutting slits in the battery door lid, Soldering F1 Female terminals to 2 jumpers, and soldering these to the springs that normally accept the + and - sides of the D-Cell pack. Top this off with a DC quick connect plug to charge them from, and you never have to buy batteries for a lantern again. Just a regular old SLA charger. Please do install a fuse too - I didnt, and this is probably not too smart - there should always be a fuse in between a battery like this and whatever it powers.

I use these in a Red Wine Audio Black Lightning power pack that powers my CD transport. Easy to solder in and so far so good after several months of use. I try not to discharge all the way, and the charger keeps them topped up so I anticipate a long life out of these. Strangely the two in this set were made in different countries from one another and had slightly different labeling, but had the same specs.

Great product. I use these for my balloon pump. For what I found them out at the brick stores these were a great price. They are brand new and are working great. A great product that you will get your money from. I will be buying from here again.
