Zilla Vertical Décor for Reptiles, Rock Feeding Ledge, Natural, 10.5 in

I absolutely love it it works great for what I need I have a garter snake who absolutely loves it. He’s a little more then 2 feet long so he’s tiny compared to ball pythons so I would not recommend this for any larger snake species.

This feeding ledge works perfect for my crestie! It's well made, looks nice and I just spray a little water on the suction cup before putting it in place. I like how it's separate pieces and the ledge slides off the suction cup. **update** a few weeks later... still hasn't fallen off as some reviews mention. It's working great. I do have to use a smaller souffle cup and stuff paper towel underneath for him to get to it, otherwise he's walking thru the food and getting it all over himself and everywhere on the glass and his toes stuck together so I would like to see this with a smaller feeding cup, but I make it work! I still recommend!

Went up just fine. Has not fallen. My corn snake warmed up to it after a few days. She is about 4-5ft... update, this has only fallen once and was probably my own error. It’s been a few months and it’s still holding strong and my snake loves it!

Has nothing to do with the seller. They are great. This product will not stick to the glass at all. It just has one suction cup that’s supposed to lock into place but it kept falling and scaring my crested gecko. Very sad considering I wanted to redo my tanks in these new Zilla products.

I do recommend this! Love the look, no issues with the suction cup and the strength of it, everything about it is perfect for our new baby gargoyle gecko who is only 5grams and very tiny so he can't use the food bowl yet. I just went to add a new piece of decor in his tank and see that there is a chunk missing from the corner and I felt it to see if it would be ok to just keep like that but it's very sharp and there is another area below it that is the same way both very sharp and I don't want the lil guy to get cut from this!! It was packaged very good and I didn't look at the edges when I set it in the tank but just now when I went to put another vine in I seen that sharp corner missing ! If this issue was not there I would give this 5 stars but I'm quite upset by this especially since it could really hurt my baby Gargoyle geckos fragile skin! I will be contacting someone on this issue!!***UPDATE*** I contacted Zilla and sent them the full information as well as pictures and they are sending me a new mushroom ledge so I will update my rating due to I already love the product but there customer service is amazing and I appreciate Zilla being concerned about the well being of my pet and there products!

I saw another review saying they couldn't get this product to stick and figured I should leave my own. I have not had any issues with this mushroom ledge as of yet. The suction cup on the mushroom ledge is a little odd (I can't speak for the other options) but I just sprayed the suction cup with water and there's a little lever you pull on it to make it stick to the glass and I have not had any issues with it falling since I put it in the cage. I have moved it around several times and as long as you figure out the suction cup it works great. In addition this mushroom ledge is very nice looking compared to normal acrylic feeding ledges. The dish is actually made of a good sturdy material but my complaint with that is how big the dish is, however, I just stick my normal plastic feeding cups I use in there and the dish is deep enough they can't knock them out or over. Very happy with this ledge, good size, texture makes it easy for my gargoyle gecko to get a grip on it, and it looks nice.

Recently I got a baby Central American Boa. I added this to her tank to give a place to climb to, hide, and sit on top of. It looks great and mounts easy. The inside was actually larger than I expected and will hold most all young snakes. My CAB is nearly 2ft and has plenty of room.....matter of fact, too much room. I simply added a good amount of moss to make it feel more secure. I like this so much that when I moved her up to a new tank I got a second. I installed one in the new one and left the other where it was as I moved a Hognose into that tank. Some may find that odd but I have had several Hognose and every single one will climb a good amount if they have the chance. So I thought my Hoggy might get some good use our of it. If not I will just move it to the CABs tank and she can have two.The suction is very strong and I like that I can simply slide the cave off the suction cup mount. That makes cleaning it easy and getting to my water dish that is under it much easier. Once stuck I have not had them move or fall and really like the locking suction cup they use.

Nugget loves it! I added several new decor items today and the ledge is the first thing he investigated. I put a couple incapacitated roaches in the feeder cup and left him alone. Came back later and he was still on the ledge after eating. Still is even now and it’s been a few hours! Note: small roaches can climb the side of the clear insert.The suction is good enough to hold but I can slide it around some on the glass, too. Takes some effort. Dunno how it’ll hold a chonky boy but it’s perfect for Nugget. Looks great, too! I really like that the insert is a good plastic that’s reusable. A+Highly recommend. If you’re debating this or a magnetic back look no further. A magnetic attachment ruined the finish of an acrylic enclosure. This is a great and lightweight choice!

OK so the snake isn't mine, but it's family owned and I bought it as a long shot as the snake felt it needed cover and security in the vivarium. I think the snake would stay in there all day, nearly every evening the snake snuggles up in it, although having more choices that a hotel it chooses this place.It's well made and sticks well with the suckets to the glass and takes the snakes weight without issue. Its a corn snake and just about a meter long and easily fits the box. We added a little soft vegetation and it seems perfect for snakes of this type. A worthwhile purchase. 👍

Great Aesthetically pleasing feeding ledge.Finish is great, light weight but very sturdy and the suction cup fixing is amazing. Attached to the Vivarium with suction cup and the ledge slides on and off easily.Delivery was quick considering it came from the USA to UK.Would highly recommend l, one pleased owner and gecko.

I am so happy with this product, bit pricey but you get what you pay for. I’ve tried so many magnet types and my gecko actually fell due to them not being secure. This is an excellent product

Ok I’d been putting off setting this up cause of some reviews saying it was complicated to figure out, but I just decided to for for it tonight and it took a total of three seconds. This suction cup system they’ve got going on is incredible and the hold is crazy strong. This would easily support 2 or 3 lb reptile, but the opening is only about 2” x 2”. I bought the rock cave, but I’ll be buying the whole collection. They’re a little pricey but I’d say worth the cost. It’s lightweight but doesn’t look or feel cheap at all. It’s gorgeous. Perfect for my crested gecko. I tucked some nice damp moss inside. I can’t wait for him to find it when he wakes up!

Shipment arrived on time. Zilla carpet liners are good, so I wanted to try this decor. Its 6 stars quality justify the price.The suction cup is the sturdy, advanced cam-lever mechanism type as show in pictures 2 and 3. In resting position, the suction cup is flat. When lever is pressed, the suction cup curves up, pushing excess air, so the suction strength is much more air-tight than you-know-what flimsy clear plastic tiny ones. I have clothes hooks with cam-lever suction cups that can hold 20lb+ items, so this decor will surely not fall and startle me and my pet at bedtime LOL (^o<)What’s more— the plastic dishes are NICE party supplies grade, definitely reusable, AND (!) the cups have imprinted “Zilla” brand name (and their specific fonts) on them!! The cool factor on these little details of the product compelled me to take pictures of them to share with fellow shoppers (^__^)Package comes with its own shipping box, plus the Amazon box, so it was double protection. Product is securely attached to the packaging with a simple, thick coated twist tie (not the one-use grocery ones) so it was extremely easy to unbox.
