It fits really well and it forms the shape of your foot after time so it become even nore comfy but my only complaint is the heel doesn't have has much support as it should so it does feel sore sometimes but other than that , solid.

These fit perfectly into my shoes, no cutting or messing about, but when you first put your feet in after these are in it feels very tight in the shoe. I didn't like them at first and took them out but tried them again a few weeks later and found if you walk around in them for a bit your feet slowly sink into the foam and they are very comfy, it does take a good 5-10 minutes for this to happen but are worth it. This is a second pair I've bought as i like the ones in my other shoes so much.

I'm very please with these insoles, they are so comfortable. I bought them as my shoes was slightly too big. They were easy to cut down and fit to size. Good value for money!

Ordered these as I work in a warehouse and have to wear steel toe cap boots, as a woman with size 5 boots felt the difference soon as l put them in, well comfy quick delivery good price and to me a good buy, would recommend.

strong insole without having to do any adjustment

I fitted these insoles to a cheap lightweight pair of summer shoes as the originals disintegrated after only three weeks. As replacements these fit the bill very well. But the discription of "memory foam" only lasts untill about 15 minutes of wearing. if you have problems with arch support or other orthepedic needs i would consider something more dense and less "squidgy" although they do return to their original shape if left off for a while. Time will tell how long this lasts. Fit wise, they were a good snug fit within the shoe and the sizing was spot on so no worries with it moving around and are a good replacement for worn out insoles.
