The Aqua Flow internal filters feature an 'Easy Click' system, this allows for quick and easy maintenance when changing the filter cartridges. The filter also has 'crystal max' a ceramic media to further improve filtration. Each filter cartridge is dual action and contains activated carbon, surrounded by a filter sponge. We recommend replacing the filter cartridge once per month to maintain optimum performance.
