Great to have but the assembly was challenging. It took two people and over an hour to assemble. When screwing in the bolts I never knew when to stop because it kept going even when it was at a good fitted point. The bolts should have tightened to a finish point. The aluminum supports would smash down if you kept going.The cushions got wet in the rain and the water just beaded on top.They are sturdy and nice looking and I'm enjoying them on my patio. Glad I bought them even with the assembly issue.

The only reason I gave this a "3" rating was the assembly process. The furniture is lovely. The material is a plastic wicker so hopefully will be sturdy and last. The gray color is perfect. However the assembly was a nightmare! The instructions were almost impossible to follow, as written and there was no picture to follow. We looked at the photo on line to put it together. Took about 6 hours to finish.

The bolts aren't long enough - we had to go to Home Depot for longer bolts; one bolt was completely stripped and couldn't be used; the furniture pieces aren't labeled; and you need a ratchet set to put it together properly. The tool provided was worthless.

I love this set! It takes two people to assemble and we used a power tool to tighten all of the screws. It took us about an hour but wasn’t too difficult. Note: the price of this item fluctuates wildly from day to day. I got it for 428.00 and I’ve seen it go as high as 950ish.

First, the package arrived slightly damaged. Opened and inspected with shipping service and everything first appeared in order. Upon unboxing and removing plastic from everything, a few pieces of the metal frames are damaged. The metal is fairly thin and easily manipulated with my bare hands, not quality by any stretch of the imagination.Biggest issue, the wicker is brown and the cushions are as well. No grey/gray wicker or cushions anywhere.The cushions have a weird smell, like petroleum or something.I'll be requesting a return for this set and certainly not a replacement.Shipping service (Pilot) was excellent though.

Disclaimer: What was delivered to me was not the set pictured on the product page. I would not call it gray/tan by any means. It’s definitely dark brown. The seat backs in the picture appear much higher than mine. The back cushions aren’t contoured, they’re square. The biggest difference was the table. I was expecting a shelf underneath, but I got a four-sided wicker box with a glass top, not the faux wood top mentioned in the product description. Clearly (see my pictures), the set I got was bulkier. The shipping weight is listed at 143 lbs, but my box was 206 lbs. So going forward, my review will be of the product I received, not the product pictured. Edit: What I received was Quality Outdoor Living 65-5173833A Freeport All-Weather Wicker 4 Piece Deep Seating Set, Brown Tan Cushions.First off, the aforementioned box was a bit unwieldy, but very well packed. It took about an hour to unpack the box and unwrap all of the components. Each piece had its own blister pack of hardware, which was excellent. We started by putting together a chair, and the first piece always takes the longest as we tried to figure out which tools to use and the logistics of it all. My advice: use a ratchet. If you use the tools provided, it will take you three times as long. Once we figured out the first chair, the assembly went much faster.Another reviewer mentioned that the instructions were nearly impossible to decipher, but that wasn’t the case for me. The illustrations were clear and easy to follow. Overall, we find the seating incredibly comfortable. Though the dimensions of what we received were larger than what we were expecting, we made it work on our porch. We ditched the box of a table altogether, as we couldn’t put our feet underneath and the glass top caught a lot of glare from the sun. We ended up using our old table. Had I not received this product for free, I probably would have returned it because it’s not what I “ordered.” But now that we have it, I love the two chairs and the love seat.

This arrived via Pilot delivery which had to be scheduled. Not a big deal but there were some scheduling issue with Pilot they eventually got worked out. When they delivered they would only deliver in the driveway so after some persuading they did eventually agree to drop the huge box in the garage.This was packaged in one huge box and it was very secure. Zero damage and very well packaged with bubble wrap. It took me about 25 minutes to unbox the entire set by myself.Once unboxed it got interesting. The instructions are pretty simple but the tools included make something very simple....VERY DIFFICULT. I put together the two chairs in about 2 hours and then was just irritated enough to give up for the day. A week later I finally conquered the loveseat type chair and coffee table. It took me about an hour to put the loveseat together. I gave up on the coffee table and bribed my husband to do that. He started...dozed off after football and then put the rest together so who really knows how long it took him. :-)Overall, the set is gorgeous, very well made and durable. It’s a welcome addition to our outdoor patio area. We even just bought the patio covers to protect the seating during rain and winter months. The quality is exceptional.
