Great product, V happy
Couldn’t expect anything more. Picture quality is fantastic, sounds is good. Easy to set up. Had reservations about the remote but it’s actually very intuitive to use and can even control the sky box.Had some problems with Amazon prime loading at first but that seems to have been an amazon issue and has been rectified following an update .

Good, value for money QLED TV
Bought this TV as a replacement for an aging Panasonic in our kitchen. As a 2nd TV it is good value for money, colours are good and it easily connects to my Sonos Playbar via optical cable so you get great sound, that said the sound from the speakers on the TV is pretty good if you don't have a soundbar. The picture is a little soft compared to other TVs I've seen but at this price you can't complain.

Nice screen, but the software/remote-control's logic leaves much to be desired
It would have been 5 stars if only:1. Most TVs have a single button to switch subtitles on/off with a single press. Not Samsung.Press Accessibility Shortcuts; scroll down to Subtitle; press on; then press CloseDo the reverse to switch them off.2. The Subtitles then appear as a deep 2-line block 1/5th up from the bottom of the screen, obscuring an unacceptable proportion of 'the action'.3. Using The Guide is easy, scrolling down maybe 200-or-so entries. But then when you want to return to the top (maybe to then use the Filter By option), you're forced to scroll back up those 200-or-so entries. Our last TV, a Panasonic had a dedicated Filter By button!

Wow.
Where to start - this TV is phenomenal for the price and I mean phenomenal. Unless you have a top of the range OLED/QLED TV then this will be streets ahead in picture, sound and gadgets.Every TV I have purchased including some expensive 4K variants have suffered badly with picture lag and until I listened to the sound on this, terrible sound quality. I have a BOSE soundbar300 with satellite speakers and sub and I really wouldn’t switch it on unless for a film.Well played Samsung.

Broken after 2 years
Very disappointed it’s only 2 years old and has now packed up. It just tries to switch itself on but just keeps going off and does this constantly. Only has 12 months warranty so I’ve now got to pay to have it repaired. What has happened to Samsung.

Excellent - if expensive
I dithered for months before buying it. But I'm glad I bought itStunning blacksLow latency mode for gamingNo smearingAuto HDRI don't like the remote control, it's too gimmicky, but I've just replaced 90% of its functionality with a logitech home studio system that works wellI can't comment on Freeview as I don't use it
