No; they have a little extra cushioning in the heel, but no arch support. They're comfortable to wear for short periods, but not all day long.

Yes, the shoe is labeled only with the womens size because its only a womans shoe. So the size is the womens size

Q: Do these come up small? the last few pairs of crocs i've bought (not this style though) were too small in my normal uk 5.

I bought size 5 and I’m usually a 4.5. They fit perfectly and I have a slender foot with a high instep.

Q: Are this genuine crocs or replicas ?

They appear to be genuine. They have a raised logo on the strap, insole and underneath and they feel like good quality. Plus slightly oversized which seems to be a regular feature of crocs. I'm very happy with them.
