careful of ball on top
First off, the ball on top, when you attach it, be very careful, it is plastic and the inside threads are plastic as well, so if you over tighten, you will break it. I thought this was a better version of another one i planed to buy, but apparently not. I dug the hole, planted the base, cemented it in, and i thought all was good. The hooks to attach the flags are cheap and they broke right out of the package. Next, i hung my flags, and today i even took a picture of them waving, i went out a few minutes ago and even though i didnt raise it to its max limit of 25 feet, the entire pole was almost on the ground, it bent from rainfall and now i got a mess. Lastly, the rings you use to make each section stay in place arent very good, i had them slide down several times over the past few days. Overall, this is a bad buy. I had hoped it would be a good product, but apparently it is just another cheap product that is swindling customers out of their hard earned money.

Easy To Install
My flagpole looks good flying the American flag and my Air Force flag. (I'm retired Air Force.) I was skeptical of the telescopic design but so far so good. One fault though, the top ring for attaching the flag does not spin freely as the wind shifts causing the flag to wrap around the flag pole. I have to rotate the flag pole to un wrap the flag. This is difficult, because the lower of my 2 flags spins freely and when I rotate the flag pole, that flag will wrap around the pole if I'm going to lower the mast and see if I can free up the top connector.

good idea. bad execution.
What a novel concept, a collapsible flag pole. Seemed like the way to go because flags wear out and need to be cleaned or replaced. Right? That is what I thought. 20 months after installing this pole, I now have a defective flag pole with two defective slip joints. And a tattered flag that needs to be replaced stuck 18 feet in the air. I speak not of the USA Annin flag, but an imported lower flag. I am back to the original problem of needing a useable flag pole, plus the bonus job of digging this flag pole out of the ground and disposing of it. It is cheap aluminum so will be recycled easily. Would I recommend this flag pole? No. Would I recommend an Annin flag? Yes. Best of luck in your efforts.

Holds 2 flags
We are patriotic and when our last flag pole was taken by a tornado, we re purchased this one and altho it did not say it holds two flags, IT DOES...it has our USA flag and now that election time is here, our candidates flag is right there flying under our USA flag.Trump2020.

Expected the worst..... NOT BAD
I don’t fly the 25 feet. For safety, i bought down the second rung to double the bottom sturdiness. Heck, 20 feet ain’t bad. And i feel comfortable when a big gust goes by. Totally recommend.

POS FLAG POLE
This pole is a POS product, I bought it a year ago (4-2019)and finally put it up the other day (6-28-2020) and the winds (20 mph) bent it at the base. The company knows that a problem and they still sale it. What gets me Amazon list it knowing it a POS. Dont waste your money on this so called flag pole. They are like all other crooks, they steal your money and run, the only difference is, it's legal.

leans with no wind
the pole isn't sturdy, it leans when there is no wind, we lowered it to see if it'd be more sturdy and it isn't. since it's currently cemented in the ground, not trying to return, but hope this review saves the next potential buyer from buying a leaning pole.
