These tablets not only calm anxiety, they flat out knock me out... I'm 240 pounds, and these make me sleep like a baby for 8 hours... I won't use them if I don't need them, but they work real well with the Valerian

I am halfway through the bottle and have not been able to sleep easier though that could be a personal problem, it means it won't work for everyone. Throughout the usage of this product, I also had very odd dreams. I'm allotting three stars because it comes well packaged and sugar coated for easy swallowing.

I was wary of trying these but I have to say, I am very impressed! The product came within a week and they work wonders! I've always had issues falling asleep and staying asleep at night but taking these has allowed me to get a good night's rest! I also find that my dreams are so much more vivid too! They have a sugar like coating to them so they don't taste bitter like most supplements. I recommend this for anyone who has problems falling asleep at night or terrible anxiety. Kalms will definitely calm you down and help you feel at ease.

These pills come well packaged and don't have a bad taste going down. It takes me a few of these to really have an effect but they don't leave me loopy in the morning and actually help me get some sleep in. My friend from the U.K. Was the one who introduced me to them and luckily Amazon has them. Definitely a good buy but the only downfall is it takes awhile to kick in and you have to take more than the recommended dose in my experience.

I've used this product in the past and decided to use it again due to some anxiety issues. Would definitely recommend this product. I've been taking less than recommended dose but I'm about to increase as I believe it would work better as recommended

It is the only caps make sleep well and without any discomfort once i wake up. Is highly recommended as relaxing when we feel a little stressed during the day.

I bought these Kalms to take during a period of nervous anxiety.I've suffered from it all my life, as did my mother and grandmother before me. It's not severe enough for anti-depressants and indeed, I go long periods, months or years, managing with other regimes such as yoga and meditation.At present I'm using Kalms twice a day to assist with a little grief anxiety, which I get every year as a certain anniversary approaches.I like to buy Kalms traditional recipe pills from Amazon as the High Street pharmacies In the UK are moving more to valerian only tablets, presumably to save money, whereas I've always had success with the valerian/gentian/hops mixture. The recipe is a traditional one which seems to balance low mood, weepy moments, mild phobias, insomnia, the lot. I found them particularly useful during the menopause, but now that's over I just need them very occasionally.Suitable for those who know their needs and prefer to just get on and self-medicate.

The reason for me buying kalms from this site instead of my local supermarket was because in the description it stated they were the original formula. Just received and there the rubbish ones that don’t work. DONT BUY. YOUR WASTING YOUR MONEYS. look somewhere else..

i have only needed these twice in life. 3rd driving test (pass) & job interview (pass). a great natural product people should use during stressful times. if only more kids took these instead of black market xanax.

Do not pay extra for these tablets. You think you’re paying extra for the original formulation but they send you a bottle of the new. You’re paying extra for nothing & you cannot return them. Not happy, don’t make the same mistake as me.

Item not as described. This is new formula not the original formula as advertised, could have bought this from local shop without the Agro. Bottle was broken on delivery so received a Jiffy bag full of broken glass and tablets that I didn’t want. No return policy. Not happy. Don’t waste your time
