It's as simple as wrapping each side around the opposite shoulder and bringing each cloth to wrap around your body to tie off as a ribbon. Fits well, looks amazing, be sure you understand how to put it on ahead of time. It's not difficult, but not obvious.

Once I finally managed to get this on and tied it looks good enough on. The problem is in getting it on. I suggest having whoever is going to help you take it off, also help you put it on. Also, would probably fit better on someone with small breasts then mine.The material is soft and comfortable which is a plus.

The title is the most important part of this review. There is no concrete top to this - you have to wrap sashes around yourself and tie them in the center. I got this for my wife, took it out of the package and I thought I got the wrong thing. She got it on no problem with a printed picture of the outfit and she liked it. The only rub about it is once you untie the top, the top disappears and it's two straps hanging down to the floor from the panties. Kind of like unwrapping a present.Otherwise, a medium looked great on my 5' 2", 155lb, B/C cup wife. The sashes made it all around her no problem. A large probably wouldn't have been a problem, but a small would have for sure.Not a bad outfit at all.

I really like this! It's a bit complicated to get into but not too bad. The best thing is that it makes the girls look FABULOUS! the bad thing is that you have to take the thing all the way off or move fabric to the side to get any action since it's all one piece.
