Excellent customer service provided by Mary. She is very proactive and kept ahead of shipping and delivery dates and any questions I had. She worked to get the glass scales cut to the cross slide and carriage travel lengths and subsequently shipped to me.Installation of the scales was a little challenging at a time or two, but went well after I modified the provided brackets to fit my lathe.The DRO is accurate and test cuts were accurate to the length and diameter of cuts on each pass of the carriage or cross slide.I’m still getting used to the different functionalities of the DRO, first one I’ve used after many years of machine work.A Great product and I recommend it. It does what I expected!

Install is time consuming. Take your time, check locations, direction of reader travel and cable feeds before making any final installation. Especially if you"ll be using coolants. DRD setup can be confusing, there are no instructions included with the kit. YouTube is pretty much your only source of information. Email the seller and they will send you a link. The display on mine would not setup for lathe. Not a big problem, just set up for two axis and you'll find some work-arounds . All in all, it took me about three days to make special brackets, cable routing, display brackets and display set-up. So far, it's working grate. You'll find some other operational things you'll need to adjust for after you've used it for a while, most of which are related to adjustments to your lathe.

Mounted on a rockwell 14x42 lathe. Z axis had everything needed to mount. X axis took some engineering but that was expected no matter which brand I bought

Came fast. Had trouble with the shipping, wrote to the seller. Got an answer the same day even if its from Hong Kong. 5 stars for the seller. The kit is all you need for a hobbyist. Great add to my mill. Keep in mind that its an universal kit so fabrication is require for mounting the scales. Can't beat the price. 5 stars for the product
