I love how soft this feels as the cotton material is very smooth and doesn't crease a lot or get slippery and hot as synthetic bedding does. I got this in aubergine/dark purple as I love the colour and after a 30°Celsius wash, the colour hasn't run at all. There is one downside to this top sheet that prevented me from giving a full five star rating and it's because the top sheet doesn't entirely cover a full double mattress from underneath the sides. My double mattress is only a "smaller mattress" or "queen size" so it's smaller in width than a regular double mattress anyway. Yet there's still about two inches bare space that this top cover doesn't wrap around, so the mattress itself is visible. You'll need to stretch the top cover in order to cover a mattress' sides. However, otherwise it's still a good top cover.

I would love these 10 stars for value for money having washed the items I've not had any problems with dye and not shrunk.Lovely and comfortable and since the hot weather is here having my windows open the sheets felt lovely and cool when I got into bed which was a relief as I was starting to feel too hot

Very nice and good quality thicker cotton and I would give it a higer rating BUT is still bleeding colour after 3 months of being washed every week. Still abit rough too even when over dosed with softener.My duvet is going pink and ive had to self clean my washing machine.IF u can persevere it is a very nice set and it is lovely fresh out of the dryer but its gonna take time

it is not Egyptian cotton, of courseBut it is what you can expect from itcolour doesn't bleed when washingkeeps well the colour and shape

When the sheet arrived it felt very stiff so I washed it. It lost an awful lot of dye. Stained the rubber seals on the washing machine. It is now on the bed but I don’t want to wash it with my other bedding in case it looses more colour on them.

Just like any other bed linen I have bought from Amazon, nothing special
