Wow, this product is amazing! I used to use the Dove Derma Series Overnight face cream for my severly dry skin, however, since it's been discontinued the prices are extremely high. This is an amazing, inexpensive alternative.I wouldn't say it is fragrance free, but it has a slight earthy/herbal smell, but it is VERY mild.The cream is kind of thick, which intially scared me, but it absorbs quickly into the skin and doesn't leave a tacky or sticky residue.Wow, my skin has such a healthy Glow it is unreal! I am blown away how great this product is!The product is also written in Korean, so you might want to translate the ingredients before purchasing too!

This is a very high quality hand cream. It keeps my dry hands moisturized for a long period of time, and I also like that the scent isn't too strong. I highly recommend it for people who have dry skin!

I am very pleased with this product. I suffer with LS and bladder leaks and this is a very non greasy lotion that eases the pain of irritation from rash's. Will repurchase as needed.

I think of barrier creams as being primarily for diaper rash but when I started having to constantly wash my hands recently my hands quickly because terribly dry and itchy. So, I thought I would try a barrier cream, one as natural as possible but not just oil. This one does help a lot. It is a thick cream but it glides on and absorbs quickly and has helped my hands recover. I was surprised to find that there are no English language guidelines for how to use this cream on the tube or on the packaging. This barrier cream has a light scent. It reminds me of a menthol, rubbery scent which is quite odd but thankfully it doesn't last long once it gets absorbed into the skin. I have very dry hands with some open wounds that are hard to heal because of excessive hand washing. This cream has a very nice thick consistency that does make my hands moisturized the moment I apply it and it doesn't leave a greasy after feel. I keep this with me at all times when I need to reapply and so far it's doing a good job in preventing further dryness and irritation. I prefer this to be fragrance free but other than that, it's a very good hand cream to have for those with dryness issues and problematic skin.

I'm not sure if this product is 100% fragrance free, but there's no noticeable odor, which I really appreciate in my facial products, especially the ones that get left on and not washed off.It's pretty thick, but spreads well. Takes a little work to get it absorbed, but it seems to be quite effective. I live in Arizona, and the dryness is a constant battle. I've noticed the moisture definitely stays in my skin longer, and I don't dry out nearly as fast as I did before.Bonus: the cream came with some samples of their other products, which is a nice way to see if I want to invest in more of their skin care.

I work in the operating room and washes my hands more frequently than what is normal. It is also very cold and freezing in the operating room so my hands gets really dry. I carry this with me and moisturize frequently as often as possible. The cream is on the thicker side but easily spreadable and absorbable. I like that I don't smell any scent, as it is not allowed in my workplace. I find that the moisturizing of this cream is lacking and still leaves my skin dry. I am not satisfied with this cream.

i’m glad i got this because it’ll have me ready for winter, especially with all the extra hand washing from covid. it’s a bit heavy for me for summer use especially on my face, so i will probably use it just on dry patches or when i have to go outside for an extended time in the cold. other than that i think i’ll be using it frequently on my hands. it’s very good as a hand lotion :)
