Scott's Cakes 2.5 Inch Round Fluted Pastry Tart Shells - 6 Pack

Purchased for a specific celebration, but changed mind so I froze these for over a year. Recently used them and they were fresh, and delicious. A lightly sweet cookie-like product that never broke in transient or in my freezer with hubby throwing other frozen foods on and around them. Ordering again to have on hand for quick dessert.

The reason I gave this item a 3 is because half of the items were all broken into pieces. Will not purchase again.

They came home, nicely cater-wrapped in plastic. These tart shells were also delicious. I bought these to make tiny, mini fruit tarts and they were amazing. The flavor and texture of these tarts are great, I recommend it if you want to save time making fruit tarts, all you have to do is the pastry cream.Also, these taste great by themselves. I found myself dipping these in a simple syrup I made (50% simple syrup + layered cake red wine), and it made a good little snack to munch on.

Horribly packaged!!!!!! Majority of the tart shells were so broken or crumbled upon opening that they had to be tossed in the garbage.

So happy they're in great shape, kudos on the packaging job!! :)

These tarts taste great but the packaging was not the greatest. There was no packaging paper or any type of description or directions. I used them to make mini pumpkin pies, put them in the oven for 15 min. and the whole tart collapsed.

Absolutely delicious. I ordered pastry shells for the our restaurant and a few small gifts for my sister. I was very satisfied with both. The produce was extremely fresh!

I thought I was purchasing unbaked tart shells. When they arrived I had no choice but to use them, I mean I couldn't very well return them. When I baked my mini pies the shells collapsed. I had to punt, which I did, and my mini pies turned out alright anyway.
