I shall try to give a full rundown of the experience I've had with this company and sofa.I messaged the company asking when they could deliver in my area and received a quick response with an exact date. I was a little worried it wouldn't fit in the property as my door frames are 72cm wide and the sofa is 76cm tall. I was told they would attempt delivery and I informed them I can remove the doors and the door trim on the frame to free up some extra space.I received a phone call the night before delivery to confirm that delivery would take place the next day and I was the first stop they had, so it would be early (07:00) or there abouts. Due to traffic they were a little late, but this wasn't an issue to me. When the delivery team arrived, they brought the biggest part (the corner seat area) up first so we could see if it fit. After I removed the doors and frames it went straight in. I'm sure it would've squeezed in even without removing the frames, but I didn't wish to damage the sofa before I even got to use it!The guys delivering were very polite and very helpful. They setup the sofa exactly where I asked and even moved it about as I adjusted the rug and table in the middle.The sofa came with three standard grey cushions. The sofa is firm, but comfortable! You can't feel any springs or lumpy areas. It's really nice to lay on and offers a nice bit of support. The storage area is about 28cm deep and nearly as long as the entire section of sofa. The bed is easy to pull out as long as you keep it even and easy to put away again. The adjustable arm rest has three or four positions and you just have to lift it till you hear a click for each position. Lift it all the way up and release to lower it fully.I purchased 3 deep red throws from pound stretcher for £10 each (150cm X 200cm) I got the ones with full blue labels. There are red throws with part blue labels but they look dull in comparison. I purchased 8 cushions for pound stretcher also (£5 each with pillow and case Artic pillow) I also purchased many other cushions from Amazon. I've also got a full blue throw and cushion set to replace the red if I want a change.All in all the sofa if comfortable, looks great and the multiple uses such as the bed and storage made this a brilliant buy! I would recommend this sofa to others and would like to tha k the seller for their very quick replies to my questions and the great service I have experienced with them!

Loving our new Sofa bed.Comfortable with very good storage space extremely well made especially as my husband (6foot 7inch in height)and myself (Telly Tubby shaped)have more room compared to a king size bed and our doggies also approve 👍 👌 😀Delivery was second to none and although I ordered the wrong side 🙃 the Delivery guys were more than welcome to return the following week with a better fit for the door (Yes I am a bit of a donut 🍩 😀)I chose to keep it. Everyone who's visiting just loves it and our Daughter has her eyes on it 😍 lol 😆, so a big shout out to the Delivery guys who kept us informed about our delivery every step of the way 😊10 stars 🌟 ✨ and thank you so much.

It’s so soft and beautiful.I did order another sofa prior to this one but it didn’t fit through my door so it got taken back by the two lovely drivers who were so helpful! And kind bless them for making an effort to try and fit it.I called customer service same day for helpHannah wasn’t very helpful although she suggested another sofa I felt like she wanted to rush me off the phone luckily I still decided to use the company after that and did more research on another sofa with honey pot. She could easily make honey pot lose customers .NeverthelessThe ladies in the store who answered the phone the next day was very kind and helpful when I needed information.OverallSofa is soft! Great fabric comfy cushions to go with it and very bigI’m In LOVE!Very fast delivery both sofas came way before the date stated.Thanks to the delivery guys for fitting my chair for me Wish I had more change that day to tip you.

This is a very comfortable sofa for everyday use, we as a family of 5 enjoys putting our feet up and watch the telly, so the sofa bed is permanently up for us, giving us a cosy comfy vibe. Its practical not fancy, however, it serves our purpose perfectly so far.The understorage is helpful for extra blankets.

The customer service and policy for refunds are ridiculous. The quality of the sofa wears down within a month. It's causes back pain and very uncomfortable to sleep on. Also, the sofa had a very strong smell which took weeks to air out. If you do want a refund you will have to send out the furniture by yourself which is ridiculous and unheard. I had complained of the sofa becoming flat already within a month of having it (bare in mind there is only a couple people living in the house) and they had sent out someone to check and file a report. The person that came to our house was very rude and completely disregarded our concerns and issues.I have never had such poor experience with other furniture companies and strongly do not recommend.
