beautiful outdoor wicker seating set
Once put together the furniture is absolutely beautiful, and very sturdy. Definitely worth the price of the set. Assembly instructions could be a little more clear. Some of the attachment bolts were still covered by the wicker so it was a bit of positioning so the bold could get through. Assembly took some time. There were several bolts missing that were easily purchased at local hardware store. That is my main negative. The tools provided to do assembly were ok but my advice is if you don't have a ratchet wrench go out and buy one, it will save you a lot of time and energy. I gave a 5 star plus because the set is really beautiful and the height of seating and thickness of the pillows makes it very, very comfortable to sit on and relax.

Horrible assembly experience
If you have high blood pressure, do not attempt to try and put this together. I have never been so frustrated in my life. If I had not unpacked it and knew what hell it would be to put assemble, I would have sent it back. Why in the world would you cover the holes with wicker?? Totally ridiculous. My advice is either hire someone to put it together or buy it already assembled. $1,050 is not worth the wasted day and stress.

Great product… Very satisfied
Once I put the first chair together… And figured it out… All the rest were much easier!

Great looking, hard to assemble, here are some assembly tricks
I am quite pleased with the overall look and feel of this outdoor furniture set. They compliment my deck quite well and offer a nice place to relax and lounge.ASSEMBLY: It took me exact two and a half hours to put all four pieces together (two chairs, one love seat, and one table) The instructions are just OK, you will need to pay close attention to the screws are there are 3 different sizes used for both the love seat and the chairs, and if you use the wrong ones on you the remaining ones will either be too long or too short (I found that the hard way). The alignment of the holes is not all that perfect either, so even though they cut the holes double wide in comparison to the fixed nut, the best way I found to put this together was to hand tie all of the screws first in order to give some wiggle room to start each screw (10 for the chairs and 12 for the love seat). So after suffering on the first chair and unscrewing the screws several times, I did that on the other pieces and it worked like a charm. Once put together these chairs look quite nice, and the fact that they are made out of resin should greatly contribute to its longevity. During assembly, just like another reviewer mentioned, one of the holes in the love seat was covered with wicker in a way that was pretty much impossible to insert the screw without ruining the bottom of the seat, so I left that screw out (one of the 4 that holds the bottom part). Another recommendation is that if you are using a power screwdriver, that you are very careful when putting the final tightening twist on the screw, I broke two screws trying to tighten it and found myself at the hardware store matching screws to replace the ones I broke. So I recommend using the power drill to do most of the work and finalize it by hand.USING IT: When you first sit on them they feel a bit stiff, but just after a few days of using them they have broken in pretty well and held their shape pretty good too. On thing that I wish it was just a bit different in the inclination of the seats, if they were about 10 or so degrees more inclined they would be that much more comfortable. One last thing: I ordered the brown as described, but as you can see in the pictures I received the gray one with a different table that does not have glass (which I actually like it better with little ones around)Overall, I am pleased with the final product, but I would say that the price point is a bit stiff, especially considering that if you are not very handy this would likely take you several hours to assemble. Thanks for reading and please let me know if this helps you, feel free to leave a comment below if you have any questions or would like to see additional pictures and I will do my best to answer it. Thank you, cheers. Cass

Massive, sturdy, and comfortable.
We received this set (65-5173833A Freeport) instead of the somewhat similar 65-517149B Milton. The latter is slightly less massive, a different color (grey) and a different style; but otherwise nearly identical ;-).Anyway, prepare yourself for a large box that's labeled with 200 lb weight and certainly nothing to easily move out of the way if you don't have the time to take it apart right away. It's a big cardboard box on a wooden palette. Surprising amount of bubble wrap to individually shroud each component did not prevent the seat to become bent (likely in transport. It's not the easiest to repair without damaging the (plastic) wicker, and was not usable in the bent form. Anyway, the first day I simply unwrapped the pieces and migrated them to the balcony.Next day: assembly. After repairing the seat for the love seat (and one other minor bend in a chair side), assembly can start. the hardware (screws and tools) are clearly organized by each of the four pieces to be built. The chair sides (arm rests) are the exact same design as the love seat, so you can sort any of the left and any of the right arm rests and pair them up with the small seats for the chairs and the large one for the love seat. The instruction are minimal and should be sufficient for normally adept folks. You may need to call a crafty friend if you need more detailed instructions.Depending on your mechanical inclination, I'd start with the table as that's the smallest and easiest to assembly. Although wrenches are included in each (!) hardware pack, I'd recommend to use a power drill instead (make sure to use low torque setting). Our balcony is only 6 ft wide and the heft of the love seat made it necessary to leave one of the panels in the table out for leg room. (That's where the Milton) would have been a better fit) Fortunately, the table is sturdy enough to be able to only have one panel installed, and the glass top should (hopefully) discourage folks from sitting on it anyway. (It is sturdy enough to work as a small bench with the glass top removed and the panel added back in.)Next, starting with a chair may help getting a hang of the odd choice of different screw lengths in 5 mm increments. As the picture shows, they're all inside and there is no obvious reason for this complexity. It may have saved a few cents for procuring the screws, but it puts it on the installer to keep the right lengths in the right spots. However, it's nothing one cannot master with a little bit of attention. The instructions really don't go step by step and you have to kinda decide on how to get there. It only shows where goes what and in the case of the chair it shows to assemble the sided before the back. (Indeed, it's easiest to lay an armrest on the floor and start mounting the seat to one side before adding the other.IMPORTANT: It's a lot easier if you get all screws in place before tightening them down. That helps some flexibility to get the holes aligned and the "extra" work of tightening twice (hand tight and final) is well worth the assembly simplification. It took me a bit over 2 hours to assemble the set by myself. Speed wasn’t my focus though, despite using a 90 degree power drill. In total, it might have taken me just over three hours from opening the box to having the family test sit.The love seat is really just a bigger chair and assembly is exactly the same. Due to the sturdier frame in the seat, only two screws are a bit harder to access with a power tool, but nothing that cannot be easily resolved. The cushions and pillows are natural color ans should hold up well in the NC sun. A nice aspect is the removable case for cleaning and replacement. At least in the brand-new condition they're very comfortable! The light color keeps the heat off a bit. (I am hot-natured and typically dark fabric is not my idea of comfort in the sun, but neither are metal chairs.Overall, this wasn't the set we envisioned as for color and size (and even style), BUT it turned out to be a very comfortable and sturdy retreat on our newly renovated balcony. The deck is only 6 ft wide and leg room in the chosen configuration would have been a problem due to the thick back of the love seat. However, removing the panel in the table resolved that for us without having to find a different configuration. Having cup holders in the arm rest might cheapen the appearance, and they're wide and level enough for a mug not to fall over. It's (plastic) wicker though and not stable enough for a long-stem wine glass.
