Value gels, taste great!
Orange SiS gels are my favourite, so good to find a box of them where each gel works out better value for money than in the supermarkets. Provide the energy needed, easy to open and handy to have the box to keep them all together. Box is probably too big for the gels inside, but that’s hardly a problem!

Good for an easy snack
I've been using these gels for a few years now, bought them off here because the price per unit was a lot better than I've seen in shops or elsewhere online.As always, they give a quick burst to your energy levels, so if you're at the end of a long ride/run and need something to take you through the last stretch home they're ideal. Easy to eat on the move, however when opening sometimes the tear-off bit comes off completely and some accidental littering can occur. If you're not too aggressive with opening it's easy to avoid though.The flavour is... palatable. As with most, if not all, of this type of product, they're designed to be consumed, not enjoyed. It's a very sweet, slightly fake-orange flavour.I would recommend this product, not for long term nutrition, but for a quick and easy pick-up. It can also be useful for emergency rations/in a first aid kit.

These make a difference
One of my endurance staples, work well and give a good boost during long rides. Good shelf life and easy to open and east. Taste ok but can be a little lumpy when cold. No need to take with water, these are liquid already

Works for me..
I'm gradually working my way back running after some health issues. Used this product before, no issues with it. It's easy on the stomach and does what it says on the gel..adds that bit of energy to keep you going. Bought 2 to minimise postage, have considered taking up the offer of repeat automatic ordering, but need to consider how much I might need it over the autumn/ winter period. It seems a good offer, but I personally will just go for ordering as needed for the time being.

Good price/quality - feeling in mouth is off the first time
Flavour is not super invasive and got good results for a reasonable price, definitely recommend them. If you never used running gels before the feeling in mouth will still be like if someone had ****** in your mouth after truly respecting the November indications but you get used to it.
