We think they're the best out there!
Is there a better boxed version out there? Not in our opinion. We gladly pay to have these in our pantry for special pasta events. Hard to find this brand in our area, so very happy that they offer them at a fair price on Amazon. These Pappardelle's are rich, cook to perfection and hold up well to sauces. Gave our recipe to some for their group dinner and everyone was in love with the dish and especially the pasta. We will purchase again and again.

Exceptional Texture, Flavor And Size
Spend top-dollar on a quality pasta when you can.This is top-of-the-line quality in taste, texture and size/cut.I found it best to cook first. Rinsing the starch off next (many Italians leave the starch on) and the secondly, cook the pasta again but this time in a skillet (flash cook it) with butter and then layer your sauce, protein or fish after. Twice-cooked.One of the best pastas out there.

Delicious!
I love this pasta. It is expensive, though. The problem is, once you start eating it, it is difficult going back to regular store-bought pasta. Also, in general, it is not easy - in fact, nearly impossible - to find this pasta in stores in the US. So...I continue to buy it...in my house, it is one of our guilty pleasures.
